"Candy?"
Simon Forrester arrived home in the evening, changing his shoes at the entrance.
"Hey, I'm in the kitchen!" Sienna Thornton's voice drifted from the dining area.
Simon slipped on his slippers and walked over, finding two vegetarian dishes already set on the dining table. Sienna, donned in an apron, stood by the stove with a ladle, busy cooking something.
He slid open the kitchen door and wrapped his arms around her waist from behind, glancing at the pot. The soy sauce was bubbling, and the pork belly and eggs were stewing with an enticing aroma.
"I was planning to just grab a bite downstairs tonight," he said.
"Eating out isn't clean," Sienna bent down to open the sterilizer and took out a plate. "Besides, I have nothing to do at home, so I might as well cook a bit."
"Go take a shower quickly; I just have one fish and a soup left to finish," she urged Simon.
"Okay." Simon kissed her on the cheek.
