Mia Sutton felt dizzy, her whole body went limp, and her mind went blank.
It wasn't until she felt a hand sliding under her shirt at her waist that her senses returned.
"Mr. Sterling..." The girl's eyes were glistening with tears, and the corners of them were a deep red. Her originally fair cheeks now had a thin layer of pink, as if they were brushed with the finest rouge.
As she spoke, her eyelashes, perhaps out of nervousness, fluttered rapidly like the wings of a butterfly, trembling as she spoke, her voice carrying a slight tremor that she herself hadn't noticed.
"Mia… behave." The man's breath was heavy, his voice hoarse with undisguised desire.
Jensen Sterling kissed her, "Mia, we're married, aren't we?"

"Good girl, I like how you just addressed me."
Mia was lifted and placed onto his lap, making her more acutely aware of the situation, causing her to tremble slightly in fear.
