A constellation of starlight descended, countless points of light coalesced and transformed into the likeness of Han Zhan.
When he opened his eyes again, he was no longer in the villa of Deep Blue City, but in a crude room.
How crude was it?
A straw mat, mud walls, a broken wooden window, and the only door was riddled with insect holes, through which sunlight streamed in, creating tiny points of light on the walls.
As Han Zhan surveyed the surroundings, he heard hurried footsteps outside, accompanied by angry shouts and frantic yelling.
"Where is that outsider, where is that outsider?!"
"Move aside, everybody move aside."
"He almost cured my daughter to death, I want him to pay with his life!"
Han Zhan was still listening to the gossip, when suddenly, with a loud bang, the only door of his room was kicked out, embedding itself into the adjacent mud wall, deeply wedged within.
Before Han Zhan could react, a tall figure appeared before him, grabbing him by the collar.
