Chapter 158 - Chapter 158(Bonus Chapter for Christmas)

Akira Fujimiya nodded.

"What if we lose money…" Yuigahama Yui asked, her voice filled with worry.

Akira chuckled. "Then each of you five owes me several tens of millions. Don't worry, I'll let you pay it back slowly."

He reached out and gently wrapped an arm around Yuigahama Yui's slender waist.

"I don't want to owe you tens of millions of yen…" Yui said, blushing furiously.

"I just want you to owe me a little more," Akira smiled, looking at her affectionately, "that way, my little fool won't ever be able to leave me."

Feeling the gazes of Ebina Hina and Miura Yumiko, Yui lowered her head shyly.

"I'm a little sleepy, so I'll head to bed first. You two should get some rest soon, too," Ebina said, standing up with a smile.

As soon as she spoke, Miura Yumiko's face flushed red.

The sound of a door opening echoed softly as Ebina Hina walked into the guest room.

Then—

Akira stretched out his other arm, pulling Miura Yumiko closer by her slender waist.

Yumiko glanced at Yui.

Yui also looked at her at that moment.

Their eyes met briefly.

The two girls quickly turned their heads away in embarrassment.

Akira looked at the two shy girls, smiling faintly.

He leaned in, kissing Miura Yumiko lightly on the cheek before turning and doing the same to Yuigahama Yui.

Then, he realease them and stood up—

"You two should go rest first," he said gently. "I'll clean up and sort things out here."

.....

Friday — Early morning.

After waking up early, Ebina Hina walked into the living room and saw Akira Fujimiya sitting on the couch.

Beside him was a neatly folded blanket.

"Fujimiya-kun, did you sleep here last night?" Ebina asked, a little surprised.

"Yui and Yumiko were resting in my room," Akira replied calmly without turning his head. "No matter who I stay with, the other one would feel disappointed."

Ebina smiled faintly. "I thought Fujimiya-kun would treat them both…"

{T/N: Threesomes? That will take time, my dear}

She trailed off halfway through her sentence, her tone teasing.

Akira chuckled. "Of course, I could. But I don't want that. I like them, but not because of that kind of thing."

Ebina tilted her head. "That's… a strange way to think, but I understand what you mean." She sat down beside him.

"I've already written the rough script," Akira said, glancing at the pages on the table.

Ebina leaned closer to look.

The script's structure resembled the story from her own game, but Akira had cleverly linked everything together, even incorporating Kawasaki Saki's mystery elements into the plot.

"I was originally planning to acquire the game company," Akira continued. "But now, I think it'd be better to have the Yukinoshita family invest alongside me and send someone to manage it."

Ebina looked up at him, intrigued. "I read in the news that Yukinoshita's elder sister has officially taken over Yukinoshita Construction Company. Does Fujimiya-kun also have… a relationship with her?"

"Yes, a very important one."

Akira didn't hide it.

Ebina's lips curved in amusement. "Fujimiya-kun, you're really terrible. Still, the fact that so many girls like you just shows how exceptional you are."

She pushed her glasses up slightly, her tone teasing yet sincere.

"Thank you," Akira replied simply. "I'll take that as a compliment."

"You should. It also proves that my judgment in people is quite good," Ebina said with a smirk.

...

After breakfast, the group headed to Sobu High School.

On the way, Akira noticed that the relationship between Yuigahama Yui and Miura Yumiko had subtly improved.

{T/N: 👀}

He knew this was due to Ebina Hina acting as a mediator.

When the two girls woke up that morning, they must have felt a sense of loss.

Ebina had visited Akira's room before they woke up, and he hadn't stopped her. He knew she would help smooth things over.

As expected, after Ebina's quiet intervention, the two girls managed to let go of their disappointment. In fact, they'd developed a sense of mutual trust and goodwill.

They'd stayed up late talking the previous night—discussing things only they could share, topics they couldn't bring up even with Ebina.

Ebina could easily guess what they'd talked about, but she didn't ask.

A true friend wouldn't pry into such things.

Unless she decided to give up her role as an observer and become directly involved with Akira herself—something she had no intention of doing...yet.

Ebina was clear-headed. She knew that being special required paying a price.

In that regard, she was similar to Kawasaki Saki.

Perhaps that was why Ebina and Kawasaki always got along well.

.....

When everyone arrived at school, they didn't head directly to their classrooms.

The Student Council had tasks to handle.

The new questionnaire had been prepared the previous afternoon.

The questions were based on the results of the survey the students had filled out yesterday—where they'd written down their favorite dishes.

Today's survey was about finalizing the cafeteria menu.

The plan was simple: gather everyone's favorite foods and create a menu designed by the students themselves.

The student council would handle the organization and logistics.

Once completed, the cafeteria's menu would likely please most of the student. Even if not everyone was satisfied, the majority would be happy.

After printing the questionnaires, the student council members quickly got to work distributing them to each classroom before the first period began.

By the time the first class ended, students were already chatting excitedly about the cafeteria's new dishes.

They were especially drawn to the rumor that the cafeteria food would be very cheap, making it hard to ignore.

If the meals were affordable and delicious, they wouldn't have to continue buying convenience store bread for lunch.

.....

During lunch break,

Under, Yukinoshita Yukino led — the student council collected and organized all the completed questionnaires.

They spent over thirty minutes organizing the data and finalizing the proposed menu.

Members of the Cooking Club were assigned to learn the dishes listed on the menu. When the cafeteria officially opened, these students would work there temporarily to gain experience.

The finalized menu was posted on the school bulletin board, that immediately attracting attention from the student.

Students passing by stopped to read it, their faces filled with anticipation.

Some were even more excited about the idea of tasting miso soup made by the girls from the cooking club.

When Akira Fujimiya heard about this, he jokingly suggested that the price of miso soup should be raised.

When Totsuka Saika learned about this and understood what "miso soup" implied, her face turned bright red.

As he glance at his side, his eyes met Hikigaya Hachiman's across the hallway.

Their gazes locked for a moment.

Then both turned away, their faces flushed.

.....

In the afternoon, once classes ended, Akira left the tennis court but didn't head to the student council office.

Instead, he returned to Sakurasou, changed clothes, and hopped onto his motorcycle.

After about half an hour, he arrived at the base of the Yukinoshita Construction Company building.

He looked up at the towering structure before walking through the glass doors.

He hadn't made an appointment, but he approached the front desk and politely asked the receptionist to call Yukinoshita Haruno.

When Haruno heard that Akira was there, she sounded genuinely pleased and instructed the receptionist to let him in immediately—no one was to stop him.

The receptionist looked at Akira with a curious expression after hearing that.

Akira entered the elevator and pressed the button for the top floor.

When the doors opened with a soft "ding," a woman in a professional suit was already waiting outside.

"Fujimiya-sama, please follow me," she said with a respectful bow.

Akira nodded and followed her down the corridor to an office door.

"The eldest lady has instructed that Fujimiya-sama may enter her office directly—no need to knock," the woman said quietly, stopping in front of the door.

Akira gave her a brief glance before pushing the door open and walking in.

The woman remained at the entrance, glancing down the hallway.

Haruno's instructions were very clear—Akira Fujimiya was not just a guest; he was the eldest lady's boyfriend.

As her secretary, she understood what that meant: this was the highest level of trust Haruno could give.

If the young men who admired Haruno ever found out…

"If it's Fujimiya-sama…"

The woman's cheeks flushed as she recalled the brief look Akira had given her earlier. Her mind began to wander into the kind of romantic plots she'd only read about in novels.

...

Inside the office.

As soon as Akira stepped through the door, he was immediately pulled into a kiss by Yukinoshita Haruno.

He didn't resist— as he wrapped his arms around her and kissed her back.

After a long moment, Haruno pulled away slightly, her eyes shining with joy, happiness and excitement.

"Akira," she whispered softly, "you finally came to see me."

Akira smiled faintly. "Coming here won't cause you any trouble, will it?"
