Felix woke up floating in a vast, empty void. There was no ground beneath him, no sky above, not even a sense of direction. The emptiness stretched infinitely in all directions, completely silent, as if the universe itself had paused.
At first, he thought it was some kind of elaborate prank. He had pulled countless pranks on others, and the idea that someone had finally turned the tables on him didn't seem impossible. He waited, half-expecting someone to jump out from the darkness yelling, "Gotcha!"

He looked around, hoping to see a hint of anyone or anything. The void remained endless, perfectly still, offering no clues. His mind began to race. Is this a prank so big I can't even see the prankster? Did I finally get hit with one of those ultimate setups?
Then, a voice broke the silence. It was mechanical, monotone, and completely unlike any human voice.

Felix froze. The voice was not human. There was no laughter, no hint of a joke, nothing that suggested it was someone messing with him. It sounded official, systematic, and absolute.
He blinked, trying to process what he had just heard. Floating in this endless void, with nothing around him, he felt a wave of realization wash over him.
