The kind bald elder in the wheelchair was none other than Professor X! His real name is Charles Francis Xavier, born into a wealthy family in New York, United States. He possesses the abilities of Mind Reading and mental control. He graduated from Harvard University at the age of 16 and also attended Oxford University and Columbia University, earning multiple Dr. degrees in biology, psychology, and other fields.
For many years, Professor X has been dedicated to peace and balance between humans and Mutants. Therefore, he used his powerful financial resources to establish the "X-Mansion," an academy that guides Mutants to rationally use their superpowers to contribute to society. He also formed the Mutant superhero team X-Men, most of whose members are his students.

The one who spoke and made a suggestion to Charles just now was Scott! His nickname is Cyclops! His real name is Scott Summers. He is a Mutant, born with the ability to emit red Impact from his eyes. But Charles is committed to humans and Mutants coexisting peacefully. His philosophy dictates that he will not control human high-level officials. On the other hand, he cannot bear to see his compatriots suffer, so he is incredibly conflicted.

Storm (Ororo Munroe) was born in Manhattan, New York, United States. Her mother was a Kenyan immigrant. Her family has inherited the superpower of manipulating weather for thousands of years, and she was born with the ability to control lightning, create tornadoes, and cause heavy rain. Therefore, the locals once worshipped her family as gods. After being discovered by Professor X, she was invited to join the X-Men and became the Deputy Captain.
She was once married to Black Panther, the King of Wakanda, and became the Queen of Wakanda, but later divorced.
Phoenix's real name is Jean Grey, and she is a member of the X-Men. Jean Grey is an Omega-level Mutant with telekinesis and Mind Reading abilities, and her second personality is Black Phoenix!
Jean Grey possesses telepathic powers that allow her to read the consciousness of others and control them according to her will. She can also read many consciousnesses simultaneously, and in another personality, she can use mental control to incapacitate opponents.
She possesses telekinesis, enabling her to gently levitate and manipulate various objects, create force fields, fly, and also stimulate hot molecules to generate rapid Impact.
She also possesses the largest fragment of the Phoenix Force in history. Using the Phoenix Force, she can fly out of thin air; unleash Phoenix-shaped Impact; resurrect the dead; and when the Phoenix Force becomes powerful enough, she can even manipulate the timeline.
She can freely travel and traverse any time, space, dimension, realm, and Universe. She can mentally link with life forms in an entire Single Universe, parallel Universes, and even the Multiverse, thereby manipulating their lives, emotions, and even minds. She can create spatial wormholes out of thin air to fold and warp space, and manipulate objects from the sub-atomic (particles smaller than atoms) interface (e.g., transforming wood into gold, turning stones into Water crystals) and other incredible abilities, making it one of the most powerful abilities in Marvel.
However, she could not control the powerful Phoenix Force fragment, so Charles used his psychic ability to seal Jean's Phoenix Force with a psychic cage! But due to the special nature of the Phoenix Force, it began to develop consciousness, evolving into Jean's future second personality: Black Phoenix!
