Chapter 92. Dump Truck Kicks Off Riotous Fun! The Dump Truck's Crazy Revivals Leave the Old Guard Stunned!

So!

Does the opponent still have a way to break this U-lock?

Yusaku Fujiki narrowed his eyes at his opponent, "I'll Create You."

Only then did he realize that his own Code Talker lines still weren't fully mastered yet.

Short video feed.

It was already I'll Create You's turn.

But the Duelist I'll Create You seemed to be thinking about something and didn't immediately build a board.

One minute later, the system auto-drew a card, and only then did the plays officially begin.

I'll Create You: "Draw—1 card."

I'll Create You: "Heh heh heh, impressive lines."

I'll Create You: "But unfortunately for you, with this draw I seem to have found the key I needed."

"I'm not in a hurry to use it though, so feel free to guess."

"First I activate the Spell Card, Reasoning."

"You declare a Level, and I'll send that many cards from the top of my Deck to the Graveyard!"

Code Talker Is the Best: "I'll pick Level 8."

Code Talker Is the Best: "Let's see how you can still extend!"

I'll Create You: "Alright, start milling—8 cards!"

"One card! [Machina Ruinforce]!"

"Two cards! [Drytron—Meteonis Draconids (DAD)]!"

"Three cards! [Drytron—Meteonis Draconids (UA)]!"

"Four cards! [Machina Ruinforce]!"

As Machina cards kept appearing and a pile of high-Level Machine monsters were sent to the Graveyard, Code Talker Is the Best grew solemn.

What makes this build nasty is the lynchpin card, Machina Ruinforce.

As long as the Graveyard has enough resources, Machina Ruinforce can keep reviving to the field to serve as material.

And that's not even the worst part!

The worst part is that this card has 4600 ATK!

And that's not low at all!

I'll Create You: "I activate the Spell Card, Machina Redeployment!"

"I discard 1 card to add 2 'Machina' monsters from the Deck to my hand!"

"Chain Quick-Play Spell!"

"Forbidden Droplet!"

"I can send any number of other cards from my hand and/or field to the Graveyard to activate it, then choose that many of your Effect Monsters; until the end of this turn, their ATK is halved and their effects are negated."

"I'm sending Iblee—how convenient, right?"

"I'll also send the Machina Redeployment I just played for one last bit of value, and I negate your Firewall Dragon and your Code Talker!"

"Now, are you having fun? Because I sure am!"

"..."

He used the opponent's U-lock lynchpin, Knightmare Corruptor Iblee, as Droplet fodder!

At the same time, he chained the set Quick-Play so that the already-used Machina Redeployment would provide one last bit of value before being sent, letting him negate Firewall Dragon and the Code Talker!

With just 1 card!

Using only that single card!

He completely shattered Code Talker's advantage!

Duelists across the six Worlds were dumbfounded!

In the group chat:

Maximillion Pegasus: "My goodness! One card, and that nearly invincible field gets solved?"

Joey Wheeler: "Yo-ho! I knew it wouldn't be that simple! If you don't stop the first turn, the second turn will break it! We've already seen it with Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring and Maxx 'C.'"

Yuma Tsukumo: "Tch! One card to blow away everything the opponent worked for! I'm still having trouble accepting it!"

Yusaku Fujiki: "Looks like going second is playable in the High World too, provided you've got the key tech."

Akira Zaizen: "You mean those generic, staple hand traps and breakers. Forbidden Droplet, huh? I seem to have underestimated how strong that card is!"

In the chat.

Many Old Guard had thought Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring and Maxx "C" were already the best of the best.

Now, seeing this one-card answer to the U-lock—

Forbidden Droplet's value shot straight up in everyone's minds!

In fact, for quite a few Duelists, it already eclipsed Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring and Maxx "C."

What's a one-card crack?

What's a Quick-Play chain?

What's an "unbeatable" negate with halved ATK piled on top?

There! That's what!

Meanwhile, the value of disruption tech kept climbing!

The Duelists who'd once joked that stuffing your Deck with hand traps was a mistake had already tossed those notions aside!

Want to play Yu-Gi-Oh! in the High World?

If you don't put in powerful generic hand traps and interruption, do you even deserve to play?

In the short video.

I'll Create You's lines kept going!

I'll Create You: "Alright! My turn to extend!"

"I activate Machina Ruinforce in the Graveyard!"

"I banish Drytron—Meteonis Draconids (DRA) from the Graveyard, then Special Summon it!"

"Then I activate a second Machina Ruinforce in the Graveyard!"

"I banish Drytron—Meteonis Draconids (UA) from the Graveyard, then Special Summon it!"

"Now, I build the Overlay Network!"

"Xyz Summon! Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Gustav Max!"

"I activate its effect and detach 1 material! Burn you for 2000 LP!"

Code Talker Is the Best: "I chain my set Quick-Play Spell!"

"Transitory Guardragon!"

"I banish Transcode Talker and Code Radiator from my Graveyard!"

"Fusion Summon!"

"Earth Golem @Ignister!"

"For the turn in which this card is Fusion Summoned, all damage I take becomes 0!"

Fusion successful!

With Earth Golem's effect successfully applied—

That 2000 burn was effectively negated!

A simple sequence to blunt the burn!

In the ZEXAL World, that didn't cause much of a stir.

Instead, it was the appearance of the ace, Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Gustav Max!

Seeing the user's pink-toned palette, Anna Kaboom froze for a moment.

That was…

Her ace!

"Huh?!"

"So this guy's a heavy-cannon enjoyer too!"

"Hm? That looks like your ace Xyz."

"Anna Kaboom, I can tell you like those high-ATK burn cannons."

"Seems someone else likes to run them too."

Yuma Tsukumo quickly noticed Anna's expression.

They traded a few greetings.

"Mhm! Yuma! I told you already!"

"My cannons are invincible!"

"Just watch! That Code Talker guy is absolutely losing this one!"

While she talked, Anna Kaboom grew curious about the cannon user.

Was that cannon-lover a guy or a girl?

Back to the short video—plays continued!

I'll Create You: "Still clinging on, are you."

"I'll rank up on top of Gustav Max!"

"Come forth—Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe!"

"In the Graveyard, Machina Ruinforce activates; I banish Dark Armed Dragon to Special Summon it!"

"Enter the Battle Phase!"

"I use Juggernaut Liebe to attack your Firewall Dragon!"

Code Talker Is the Best: "Then I activate Salamangreat Sanctuary, paying 1000 LP and choosing Firewall Dragon."

"That monster's ATK becomes 0, and I recover LP equal to its original ATK."

I'll Create You: "Nope! I chain my on-field effect!"

"I activate Machina Ruinforce!"

"I pay half my LP—4000—to negate your activation!"

"At the same time, your LP becomes half!!"

"Alright! Continue the attack!"

"First strike—Juggernaut Liebe destroys Firewall Dragon!"

"Second strike—Juggernaut Liebe destroys Accesscode Talker!"

"Third strike—Juggernaut Liebe destroys your remaining Code Talker!"

"Fourth strike—Ruinforce destroys your Salamangreat Balelynx!"

After a flurry of back-and-forth—

Code Talker Is the Best scraped out a line with a set Quick-Play that fused from the Graveyard, giving himself 'take no damage this turn'!

And precisely because of that—

After watching the opponent's "Dump Truck" lines, every Old Guard Duelist felt a chill down their spine!

This Machina build!

It's stuffed with high-ATK, high-Level Machines!

And once it enters the Battle Phase, the aggression gets cranked to max!

Breaking through one after another in a single breath—

It blew up all of Code Talker's carefully built advantages—

That so-called U-lock crumbled to dust!

And that wasn't even the hardest part to swallow!

The hard-to-swallow part was this "Dump Truck" deck's absurd pseudo-bootleg piece—

Machina Ruinforce!

Excuse me?

What kind of monster can keep banishing in the Graveyard to keep jumping back out, get used as resource, get dumped again—

You think that's the end of it!

But nope—this card just jumps out again to provide more material, sending even more to the Graveyard!

You think it's finally over, right?

Result?

It still banishes Graveyard monsters to meet the total Levels and keeps leaping back!

One copy is already something.

Two copies you can barely accept!

This rascal actually assembled three copies of Ruinforce in hand and GY!

Leaning on the early eight-card dump and the mid-game Xyz lines and so on—

He brute-forced a disruption field like this with three Dump Trucks!

The protagonists of the six Duel Worlds were mentally broken by this repeated-resource loop!

You call this fair Dueling?

In the group chat:

Yusaku Fujiki: "This Machina deck is disgusting! He used those resources to churn Link material—he actually churned out this much?!"

Mai Valentine: "He squeezed his Graveyard dry! I've never seen a card this strong! He's very confident Code Talker can't break this!"

Zane Truesdale: "Makes sense. He's pretty much made all the interruption he needs. Cracking this won't be easy."

Leo: "Does Code Talker still have a chance? Is there a card that can save him?!"

In the short video.

Code Talker Is the Best exhaled sharply.

It was his turn, and this draw would decide the outcome.
