c14 The Legendary Super Saiyan – Broly
From the very moment of his birth, this warrior carried a scar deeper than any wound: the cries of an infant named Kakarot. That faint memory became an eternal hatred, etched into Broly's mind. Even now, after decades, his fury was clear the loathing for Son Goku burned in his eyes without reason or mercy.
Son Goku narrowed his gaze at the towering Saiyan, watching as Broly's muscles swelled and his jet-black hair flickered before shifting into a shining, unnatural green. The ground trembled beneath the pressure of his aura, a storm of ki so massive that it distorted the air.
"Is this the legendary Super Saiyan King Kai warned me about? Such overwhelming energy… I've only ever felt this kind of power from Lin Hao!"
Despite the ominous force, Goku's Saiyan blood stirred with excitement. Ever since the battle with Cell had ended before he could challenge the bio-android himself, he had longed for an opponent worthy of his full strength. Now, at last, that desire was answered.
During the past week, within the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, Goku had broken through his previous limits, achieving the electrified state of Super Saiyan 2. Facing Broly would be the perfect trial of this newfound power.
"I can't believe it… the Legendary Super Saiyan is real! His power is incredible. Then let me see it for myself!"
As Broly advanced step by step, each footfall carving fissures into the ground, Goku clenched his fists and smiled with anticipation. His golden aura blazed around him as he instantly ascended into the Super Saiyan state.
With a sharp kick against the earth, Goku shot forward in a blur, his fist colliding squarely with Broly's chest.

The impact shook the battlefield, dust and stone scattering, yet Broly did not move an inch. His massive frame absorbed the strike as if it were nothing, his boots rooted into the ground like pillars.
"Kakarot…"
Broly's lips twisted, the name growled again and again like an obsession, his voice trembling with madness.
"This… this can't be! That was my full strength as a Super Saiyan, yet he didn't even flinch. Not even a scratch…!"
Goku's eyes widened. Only a week ago, this level of power would have crushed nearly any opponent, yet Broly stood untouched. His heart raced as he realized ordinary strikes were meaningless here. Even his breakthrough to Super Saiyan 2 might be the only chance to stand against this monster.
What Goku did not yet realize was that Broly's current state was only the beginning. This was merely his first transformation, a restrained form of his true nature. When his rage reached its peak, the shackles of reason would break, and Broly would erupt into his terrifying "Legendary" form his ki multiplying without limit, his mind consumed by a primal hunger for destruction.
"Ahhh!!"
Deciding there was no more time to hold back, Goku drew in a breath and let his power explode outward. Golden sparks crackled violently around his body as he pushed past his limits.

The blazing aura of Super Saiyan 2 roared to life.
Golden ki flared violently around Son Goku, his aura sparking with arcs of electricity that cracked like thunder in the air. His once-wild golden hair now stood sharply upright, save for the strand that hung stubbornly over his forehead. Lightning flashed across his body with every movement, the sign of his new power.
This was Son Goku Super Saiyan 2!!
"Come on, Broly!!"
With a leap into the sky, Goku twisted his body and lashed out with a sweeping kick aimed squarely at Broly's neck.
Boom!
The impact echoed as Broly was sent staggering backward, dust scattering in his wake.
"Oh, it worked!"
Seizing the chance, Goku lunged again. He closed the distance in a heartbeat, raining a flurry of blows upon Broly's massive frame before finishing with a point-blank Kamehameha that slammed the giant into the ground.
Boom!!
The shockwave carved a crater into the battlefield, smoke billowing upward as the earth quaked beneath them.
Hovering above, Goku stared down with narrowed eyes. Broly's body lay sprawled in the pit, his armor cracked, his expression unreadable.
"A… nothing happened at all?"
The Saiyan warrior clenched his teeth. That barrage had been unleashed with nearly half his full strength, yet it left Broly almost completely unscathed. The appearance of damage was only superficial.
Unwilling to relent, Goku vanished in an instant, reappearing in front of Broly as he rose from the rubble.

The blows landed one after another, forcing Broly backward. Yet even under the relentless storm of punches, the towering Saiyan's eyes suddenly snapped into focus.
"Ahh!"
"Kakarot!! I'll kill you!!"
Broly's voice thundered with murderous intent. His fists clenched tight, golden flames roaring higher, his aura responding to his rage.
The sky itself began to react. Dark clouds rolled in as lightning tore across the heavens, bolts striking down in rhythm with his fury. The ground shuddered violently, entire ridges splitting apart. It was as if the planet itself feared his awakening.
"Ahhhhhh!!"
The roar shook the battlefield as his ki surged higher, pressing down on all who felt it.
"Stop Broly! Stop transforming!!"
Paragus's face twisted in panic. He had seen this form before the uncontrollable monster his son became when his power spiraled beyond control. In that state, even he, Broly's own father, would be nothing but prey. Against such a beast, Goku, Vegeta, and the others would be swept aside like insects. Worse still, Broly's rampage could consume entire systems, perhaps the galaxy itself.
Thinking quickly, Paragus raised the control device in his hand, its green lens flashing desperately. At once, the collar around Broly's neck pulsed with the same light, straining to suppress his rage.
For a brief moment, Broly's breathing steadied, his shoulders heaving as his aura dimmed. Relief flashed across Paragus's face.
But then
"Kakarot…"
The beast-like snarl returned, deeper and more savage. Broly's murderous eyes locked on Goku once more, his ki exploding with renewed force.
This time the golden aura shattered, replaced by a terrifying green glow that radiated outward in violent waves.
The skies convulsed above them, flashing between white, black, and emerald as if reality itself were being torn apart.
Crack!
The control collar sparked violently, then shattered into pieces.
Boom, boom!!
Broly's body began to swell, muscles bulging as his frame expanded. His height surged from two meters to nearly three, his already imposing figure becoming monstrous.
Swish!
Emerald ki erupted in all directions, spiraling like a raging hurricane. The Legendary Super Saiyan had awakened.
