"Who are you?" Austin asked.
The young boy was taken aback. He didn't know how to respond and kept staring blankly on his face.
"I-I'm Aeron. Aeron Ling, you're roommate."
Austin was even more confused now. he had never seen this boy in his life, and he was now claiming to be his roommate. Also, he kept calling him with a different name. "Why are calling me Grey, I'm au…"
"AARGHH!!" Intense pain assaulted Austin out of nowhere. He clutched his head as it started hurting crazy, and he screamed out. Unknown memories started flooding in. An unknown name, friends, home, places. Years of information bombarded in an instant.
Unable to endure more, his stomach churned and he vomited out all the things out of his stomach, splashing it on the floor.
"A-Are you alright?" Aeron jumped up from his seat and held Austin, his face twisted with worry. "I'll call the doctor." Seeing Austin's condition, he rushed out to call for help.
The pain was slowly subsiding, letting him take a breath. He cleaned his mouth and laid back on the head rest of bed. just then a translucent blue window appeared in front of him, floating in the air.
[Synchronization complete: 100%]
[Soul is integrated with the body completely]
[Host's memories recovered and bound]
Austin was stupefied. He sat in stunned silence. He couldn't gather his mind around this floating blue screen. It was like a system screen in games and the webnovels he used to read.
'Have I transmigrated?' he thought as all the recent happenings were pointing in that direction.
Austin then dived inside the memories that had just flooded inside his mind. After fiddling through them he understood what was happening and where he was. he was right with his guess.
He really had transmigrated.
After dying from the lightning strike, he had now taken over the body of a young teenage boy, sixteen years of age, named Grey Silverthorne. An orphan who was now a student of the warrior academy, 'The Aetherium Citadel', on orphan quota.
And the world he was in right now was of a game that he used to play in his school days, 'The Eclipse chronicles'. He was a big fan of this game and had reached almost to the end, but the company suddenly ended it, removing it from the servers and vanished completely.
He had mailed the company numerous times almost to the level of torture, but not a single response came from their side. They vanished completely, like they never ever existed in the first place.
The game was set in a universe, where humans, dragons, elves, dwarves, beastmen along with demons were living in a modern society with kingdoms of their own. But one day, a solar eclipse occurred, but the problem arose when the eclipse never ended.
Dark deformed beasts from other realms invaded the planet, killing and devouring the lifeforms. They were named the eclipse beasts. Who derived their power from darkness and feared the sun.
Since the world already had aura wielding warriors and mages, they were able to defend the civilization from these invaders. But slowly they were pushed back, kingdoms were taken over and they retreated back to only a few cities.
Slowly with time, the war between the beings of the world and eclipse beast invaders came to a standstill. When the area to protect reduced to a few cities, the resistance became stronger and it became tough for the eclipse beasts to push forward, since their greatest weakness was the sun, which shined on the land for only a few hours, rising as a crescent sunrise. The eclipse beasts disperses for those hours giving a period of relief for the people to take a breather.
'But I never heard of a character named Grey Silverthorne. Have I transmigrated as an extra then?' Austin recalled that every character than one can choose to play as. But there was never a character named Grey Silverthorne. The main characters didn't have a single episode in the academy. They were all full fledged warriors participating in the war with the military forces.
'Yes. The system.' He remembered the blue screen. If it really was a system, that all his questions will be answered by it.
"System!" following what he read and saw in the various webnovels and manhuas, Austin calld out in a loud voice.
The translucent blue window appeared in front of him.

Austin's jaw dropped on the floor. 'Who the fuck is this extra!?'
Origin skills were inherent. One can only awaken to them and never can it be acquired. To have not one but two of them, and that too SSS+ rank. He was stumped. He then clicked on the skills to see the details.

"Hahaha! Where was he when I played the game. He's fucking broken." Austin laughed out when he saw the skill details. Not even the main characters had this kind of skills. He was an op character for sure.
After careful consideration, Austin realized that the skill evolution was Grey's origin skill, and the Lord of martial arts is his, that is Austin's origin skill which awakened after he took over Grey's body.
What confused him more was that even with just the skill evolution origin skill, he could have been a broken character, then why was he never introduced in the game. Just then a notification appeared on the system screen which pulled his attention.
