Carlos blinked. The cold floor beneath him was stone. The sky above was fractured like glass, glowing with strange colors. The
world looked real — too real. He wasn't in a game anymore.
A glowing interface hovered in front of him:
Welcome to the Helm of Realms.
Level 1: The Shattered Plains
Survive. Form alliances. Claim a blade. Only five may proceed.
Other players appeared around him — seven total. All dazed, all looking at their hands, their surroundings, each other. No
usernames. Just real people. Real faces.
Suddenly, a loud clang echoed through the plains, and pillars of light shot into the sky in five directions.
A voice boomed:
"Only those who claim a Blade of Ascension may advance. Let the first trial begin!"
Realm One Summary: The Shattered Plains
Setting: Vast, broken lands with floating rocks, chasms, ancient ruins, and monster-infested valleys.
Objective: Find and claim one of the five Blades of Ascension hidden across the map.
Challenges:
Hostile creatures (Shadow Wolves, Stonebound Giants)
Environmental hazards (collapsing bridges, poison fog)
Other players who might ally—or betray.
Gameplay Mechanics:
Real combat: swords, shields, stamina, injuries
