The Most Strongest Transcendent Ever
Chapter 3 The All-Powerful Zennōsei?
As the heavy wooden door creaked open, the man standing before me exuded an air of confidence that was almost palpable. "Well then," he declared with an assured smile, "I suppose we should head back, shall we?" His voice carried the weight of authority, prompting me to nod in agreement, my curiosity piqued. I stepped through the threshold, noting the intricate carvings that adorned the door frame-evidence of craftsmanship that seemed to echo throughout the ages.
With a calm demeanor, the man gestured for me to follow him, leading the way down a lavish corridor cloaked in soft, ambient light that seeped through tall windows. "Where are we headed?" I inquired casually, my footsteps echoing behind him as I trailed at a modest distance.
"We're going to meet the principal," he replied, his tone poised and unhurried. After a few moments of walking, he pushed open another door, revealing a spacious office that radiated an aura of authority. Within, the principal awaited, sitting behind an imposing desk that was cluttered with books, scrolls, and various artifacts. The man before me flashed a grin at the principal, revealing a sense of familiarity-a subtle camaraderie that hinted at an intriguing backstory. "Of course, we're here to sort out your schedule," he added, his voice smooth and amiable.
As I stepped inside, I took stock of the principal's striking appearance. Clad in a long, flowing crimson robe that shimmered faintly, intricate gold embroidery adorned the fabric. The patterns resembled ancient runes steeped in mystery and power. The principal's tall collar added to his commanding presence, and his green hair fell gracefully around his shoulders while his piercing blue eyes seemed to hold the weight of countless eras-an ethereal quality that gave me the distinct impression he had witnessed the rise and fall of empires.
The principal, regarding me with a serious expression, spoke with an air of authority, "I see you must be the new student whom Zennōsei mentioned." A shiver ran down my spine as I turned back to the man beside me, the realization settling in like icy water. "You're Zennōsei? The all-powerful Zennōsei, legendary for his unmatched strength and wisdom?" I gasped, eyes wide with disbelief, trying to reconcile the ordinary appearance of the man before me with the greatness I had just learned of.
Sighing softly, Zennōsei replied, "I thought I told you not to mention my real name in front of students." His tone was calm, but there was an undercurrent of annoyance. I couldn't help but wonder what kind of life he had lived, especially now that I understood that he was not simply a teacher, but a being of immense power.
The principal's voice cut through the tension, firm yet composed. "Well, he was going to figure it out sooner or later." His words struck me as an acknowledgment of an inevitable truth in this world of transcendent beings.
In a gesture that left me completely taken aback, Zennōsei knelt before the principal, bowing his head slightly. "That's correct, my lord," he affirmed with a reverence that seemed incongruous for someone of his reputed power.
I thought with shock and admiration. No way, Zennōsei?! Bowing to the principal? How extraordinary! My thoughts whirled-what kind of strength did the principal possess that even the omnipotent Zennōsei showed such humility and respect?
The principal broke through my astonishment by handing me my schedule with a serious look. "Here you go," he said, as though that simple piece of paper carried with it the weight of my future.
I accepted the schedule, my hands trembling slightly as I exited the building, still grappling with the overwhelming new information.
"Come with me I'll take you to class," Zennōsei said with a playful grin, opening yet another door as if inviting me to embark on a new adventure.
"Very well," I replied calmly, gathering my composure as I walked out of the office and into the corridor once more.
As Zennōsei led the way, I couldn't help but marvel at the intricate designs on the walls-eternal symbols of knowledge and power that decorated the corridor. Eventually, we arrived at our classroom, where Zennōsei paused to instruct me to wait outside. "Just a moment, please," he said, stepping ahead to address the students already inside.
I stood there patiently, mulling over the incredible events that had unfolded within such a short span of time. It was exhilarating and nerve-wracking all at once.
Finally, after ensuring the classroom was ready for my introduction, Zennōsei walked up to the board and stated confidently, "Alright class, today we have a new student!" He turned to me, his expression encouraging. "Go ahead and introduce yourself."
Taking a deep breath, I stepped into the classroom. With a calm expression, I faced my new classmates. "My name's Kiro Katsu! Nice to meet everyone!" I announced, doing my best to exude confidence, despite the whirlwind of emotions rocking through me.
