St. Girls' Academy's public and private palace areas were split evenly, 1:1.
Even if Su Ze amassed three thousand "wings," it'd be more than enough.
"This will be my stronghold…" Su Ze nodded, satisfied.
Once built, St. Girls' Academy would be a true elite girls' school, rivaling the world's best in luxury, beyond just reputation and faculty.
Its opulence would be unmatched globally.
Of course, the cost was astronomical.
Su Ze's current materials barely sufficed for a perimeter wall.
Luckily, he'd bought up the surrounding land.
That's why the bank loan dried up so fast.
He summoned Infrastructure Saburo.
A sleek, vending-machine-like blue box appeared silently, its minimalist design brimming with futuristic flair.
"What's that?!" Ichijo Yurika gasped, wide-eyed.
[Yurika's Fear: +55]
"I'm a new human from the future. This is my tech creation, using spatial folding," Su Ze said with a sly smirk.
Besides "magician," he now claimed "future man."
Omonai Naoko, equally shocked, felt her glasses slip. Yet she half-believed him.
How else could he have that miraculous gum?
It made sense!
Su Ze plugged the USB into Saburo's port.
His wish included "to my taste," ensuring a USB, not just paper. He'd mastered system wishing.
Beep-beep-beep-beep~~~
Saburo lit up, its base hatch opening. Sharp-clawed robotic rats scurried out.
A larger rat, eyes glowing blue, scanned the materials, uploading data.
Saburo's screen displayed:
[Available Materials: 99.87%]
Almost insulting!
"How many desire points for the rest?" Su Ze probed.
The system quoted a seven-figure sum.
Money it was, then.
As expected, he clarified, "11,220 tons of concrete, 2,229 tons of limestone… how many points?"
For the perimeter wall.
[10,923 Desire Points]
That much?! Su Ze frowned.
The materials were obtainable in reality, but too time-consuming.
The priority was the wall—a barrier to keep the school's secrets in and intruders out.
"Purchase!"
He confirmed, extracting the materials.
A mountain of supplies appeared on the empty lot.
Naoko and Yurika rubbed their eyes, disbelieving.
As they gaped, Su Ze calmly tapped Saburo's control panel.
Instantly, three thousand robotic rats swarmed out.
Their strength was staggering, hauling materials dozens of times their size, organized with military precision.
Different rats specialized in tasks, evident in their designs.
After hesitation, Su Ze bought a projector.
Disposable, cheap at just over 1,000 desire points.
For six hours, it'd cloak St. Girls' in a projection screen, hiding its activities.
A wall appearing overnight could be chalked up to an out-of-town crew. Rats building it? Inexplicable.
"Snap out of it!" Su Ze called, rousing the women. Smiling at their wide eyes, he said, "Let's go sleep."
Sleep… a simple wish.
En route to the headmistress's lounge, Yurika whispered, "Boss, is future tech that advanced?"
"That's not your concern," Su Ze said, deadpan.
"Then what is…" Yurika's voice trailed off, her face flushing.
A large hand cupped her round rear.
Su Ze felt like a sleazy uncle toying with a naive schoolgirl.
Oddly thrilling.
Soon, Yurika learned the pain of "breaking the melon."
Like a bat smashing a watermelon.
She alone kept Su Ze thoroughly entertained.
But he summoned Hirano Natsume and Oribe Mafuyu later.
More hands, more power—and more desire points.
No more pacing himself.
With enough "crops" planted, if one or two wilted today, he'd harvest others tomorrow.
By morning, his desire points climbed back to 30,000.
The next day, St. Girls' students and staff received a notice:
Dorm construction would halt classes for a week.
The towering wall erected overnight drew attention, even sparking online reports.
But the school's ongoing construction was old news.
A new structure wasn't shocking.
The speed, though? Mind-boggling.
Locals buzzed briefly, but the news faded fast.
A councilor's call to the media silenced the reports.
Real trouble arrived at noon.
The Financial Crime Special Investigation Team showed up.
A surprise audit—Naoko only got word when they reached the school!
Procuring materials required multiple contractors. Naoko could handle it, but it'd take too long, so Su Ze assisted.
His hypnosis could fast-track "freebies."
In the meeting room, Su Ze and Naoko sat side by side.
Three suited men from the investigation team faced them.
"Headmistress Omonai, did you know Kuroe-san committed suicide?" a square-faced investigator asked sharply, dropping a bombshell.
The other two watched Naoko's reaction closely.
Her expression shifted, shocked. "When did this happen?!"
"This morning," the investigator said, stone-faced. "Before his death, he secured a massive loan for St. Girls' Academy. Were you aware?"
Naoko steadied herself. "Of course I was."
The investigator slammed the table. "Then explain why Kuroe-san did something so irrational!"
"Hah! Why not ask the dead Kuroe?!" Naoko sneered. The contract was legal.
"We're not here for games! Refuse to tell the truth, and we can arrest you!" the investigator barked, intimidating.
