Finally finished',I thought to myself as i put down my headphones
'Damn ,i finished the naruto series in record time now'
From above you can see that i am a weeb specifically a Naruto fan,I just love it so much that you could say i am a fanatical follower of naruto
I finished both Naruto and Shippuden in just 4 days and a week ago i had finished all the naruto games to a 100% completion
Now that i was content after rewatching the series for the 5th time,I thought about what to do.Just then,my stomach started growling
'Guess i should get myself something to eat',i then move towards the kitchen and reach it fairly quickly as my house is pretty small as i live by myself
I opened the refrigerator and looked inside to find anything to eat but found it is pretty much empty.Then i went through cabinets one by one just to find i had run out of groceries.
'Uggghhhh.... I need to go and get the groceries and probably just eat on the way home',I thought to myself and started tidying up myself enough to look presentable and took everything i needed
As i moved out of my house and locked the door, i was greeted by the beautiful scene of nightsky
I casually went to the store to get everything i needed , it took about an hour but as I finished i went to one of my favourite restaurants and decided to treat myself tonight.It felt incredibly peaceful just going about my life without anyone bothering me
I shook my head and enjoyed the evening . As i started going home i noticed a commotion in the crowd ahead . Wondering what it is I went near but i heard a woman in front of me scream
As i heard it I saw that a man was running in my direction with a knife in hand having a deranged expression
Blood drained from my face as I saw him running towards me.I tried to move out of the way but the grocery bags were heavy and slowed me down and that was enough for the man to stab me near my heart
My first thought was 'It hurts',I couldn't think of anything else as wound started bleeding i felt like was being burned alive and then extreme freezing sensation took over me
My hearing began to grow muffled and my eyes felt heavier by the second,I could hear people calling me but i was in too much pain to understand what they were saying
I could slowly feel it I was dying yet I didn't feel anything.'Ah man,if only i had been in Naruto world and not in this one with those 'parents'', these were my last thoughts as i took my final breath.
But never did i expect the events that happened after I died would ever occur, not even in my wildest dreams that.....
'Ahhhhhhhh....', I screamed as jolted awake,after a few moments i started trying to understand my situation as i was in a completely dark place
"Ok first of all things i am thankful the tormenting atleast stopped but where the hell am i?", I muttered and looked around just see an endless void
"Was i rushed to the hospital and now am i in coma or something because i don't think i am just sleeping ?" , I said out loud and tried calling out to anyone but as expected I got no response
"Wonderful, i am stranded in who knows where without what happened to me and i am supposedly dead just wonderful", I said with sarcasm trying to comfort myself
Just then as I was thinking what to do i noticed a golden light in the distance , with no leads on what to do i started making my way towards the light
It took a while but as i reached it i noticed there was a figure standing there looking around seemingly trying to find something
As i approach him(?) .He looks instantly relieved to see me. Infront of me stood a person with androgynous figure with unable to distinguish if it's a he or she
"I am a man so refer to me as a he", I heard the person politely say.
'wait what... I didn't say it out aloud did I?'
"You didn't I read your mind but before this..."he said i was a startled but as he said that he took a long breath
"PLEASE FORGIVE ME ", he immediately begged for forgiveness
I look at him with a dazed expression and snap out of my stupor ,"Wait ,wait,wait.....what do you mean forgive you,and who are you and where are we in the first place? ", I started inquiring him
He looks at me with a regretful expression and says,"I will explain everything but please come with me first "
I reluctantly follow him hoping to get answer for what is happening to me
In an instant , our surroundings changed and we were in a normal but elegant living room.He then gestured for me to sit across him
I warily take in my surroundings and sit down.He didn't seem to mind my actions as he just kept looking at me with a gentle expression
Seeing that i settled down,he says," You can ask the questions you wanted now"
I quickly look him up and down and ask,"Who are you ?"
He smiled and said ," I am the one who manages several universes you could say in your terms I am your GOD"
I freeze upon hearing the answer to my question but i quickly compose myself and follow up with the second question ," Ok...(inhale)Where were we a moment ago that dark place and am i .... dead?"
"As for your state , you are indeed dead,and to the former part we were in the void"He said
I take a moment to fully process everything and sigh deeply
I bite my lip a bit and ask " Void?, what would have happened if we stayed there?"
"Void is nothingness in which everything has reached its end and to answer your question , if we stayed there we both would have suffered a fate worse than death "
I sucked in cold breath as i just realized that i narrowly escaped something like that.I then thanked him and asked him ," What did you mean when said 'Please forgive me' back there ?"
At that he seems a bit guilty but starts by explaining the situation to me
" So what you are saying is that I wasn't supposed to die and that because of your mistake my fate warped and it led to my death not only that but you failed to let my soul pass and let it wander in the void. Now that you found me you are relieved I didn't die because of your mistake, is that it?"I asked in a somewhat exasperated tone
"Yes.....but please just know that it wasn't intentional" He said with an expression full of guilt
I just was .... extremely ... shocked something like this can even happen ,but i shake my head try to process everything then it clicked me to ask this question " If i am dead what is going to happen to me now?"
At that his expression immediately brightens as he starts," For what will happen, you will be given a chance reincarnate into a world of your choice with five wishes, this is just a compensation from me as this mess occured because of me "
"As you were dying i heard your final thoughts, would you like to reincarnated in the world of Naruto?"He asked
With starstruck eyes I immediately say yes and start pondering as to what i should ask for my wishes
