Chapter 6 - Chapter 6 – The Romance of the Future Home

This house… it felt as though it had been built for a love story.

Why did everyone, including Alexander Billy, always pass directly in front of Hira's room? Why was her door positioned exactly across from the connecting gate, so that every person who walked through it had to face her door first?

And more than that—why did she end up in this very room, out of all the others? Why not someone else?

It felt as though fate itself had chosen this spot for her. The space between her and him became like a web, every glance weaving invisible threads, stretching from corner to corner, binding them without words.

Their small encounters happened so naturally, as if guided by unseen hands. Eyes meeting eyes, moments charged with something neither could stop. Like a wheel rolling forward without brakes.

"Ouchh sorry sorry... my gosh, my goodness!" Hira exclaimed, embarrassed.

Scraps of paper had flown across the floor and onto the wheels of Billy's bicycle. She had swept her trash out too carelessly, not realizing he was walking past with his bike at that exact moment.

She hadn't heard a sound—suddenly he was right there.

Their eyes met. For a heartbeat, both froze, then a smile broke across their faces. A smile so full of light, it was as if heaven itself had leaned closer to earth.

Behind him, A Jay followed, grinning knowingly. To him, the scene looked like something out of a Korean drama.

At the gate, Billy handed his bicycle to A Jay, who led it away to the far end of the garden.

Whenever Billy was home, A Jay became more than just a caretaker—he was his aide, always nearby.

Billy stepped into the main house with a cheerful greeting.

Back in her room, Hira sat quietly, her heart still glowing with the warmth of that brief smile.

Later, her laptop played music on its own stream—her subscription allowed nonstop songs without ads, even when she worked on other apps.

Music was her daily companion. Every song seemed to arrive like a message, chosen just for her.

That evening, the melody that poured into her room stopped her in her tracks:

"Let Me Love You" – DJ Snake feat. Justin Bieber.

The lyrics, the video, the voice—they wrapped around her like a whisper of destiny.

Her heart sank deeper into the rhythm, as though the universe itself was reminding her:

I used to believe

We were burning on the edge of something beautiful

Something beautiful

Selling a dream

Smoke and mirrors keep us waiting on a miracle

On a miracle

Say, go through the darkest of days

Heaven's a heartbreak away

Never let you go, never let me down

Oh, it's been a hell of a ride

Driving the edge of a knife

Never let you go, never let me down

Don't you give up, nah-nah-nah

I won't give up, nah-nah-nah

Let me love you let me love you
