PRT Cape Classifications – Ayanokouji Kiyotaka Brute 2–3
Why: His endurance, pain suppression, and minor regeneration push him slightly beyond human limits.
He's not bulletproof, but he can take punishment far better than anyone should, and heal back up faster than normal.
Peak physicality looks like low-level Brute durability.
Mover 2
Why: His agility, balance mastery, and reflexes allow him to move with almost supernatural fluidity.
To observers, it looks like low-level super-speed or parkour mastery beyond reason.
Capable of weaving through gunfire or obstacles like a Mover-lite.
Striker 2
Why: His martial arts, medical knowledge, and ability to exploit anatomical weak points make him extremely lethal in close combat.
A simple touch could incapacitate or cripple an enemy if he chooses.
Not flashy, but frighteningly efficient.
Thinker 5–6(true danger rating)
Why: His genius intellect, data integration, situational simulations, and micro-prediction mimic mid-level Thinker powers.
He can predict enemy actions, analyze battlefields, and strategize in seconds.
Combined with Blank (Thinker immunity), he becomes a nightmare to counter.
PRT would struggle to confirm this classification because his skills masquerade as "just being smart."
Master 1–2 (situational)
Why: Not a true Master, but his manipulation, deception, and social camouflage give him subtle control over people.
He doesn't literally control minds, but he might as well, given how easily he can push others into desired actions.
Stranger 3–4
Why: His ability to blend in, suppress killing intent, and mask expressions is so perfect it resembles a Stranger field.
To sensors and observers, he's just a normal background extra until he decides otherwise.
Combined with Blank, makes him nearly untraceable.
Trump 15 (hidden core)
Why: His Training Montage, Growth Booster, Grab-Bag, and Shardless nature make him one of the most dangerous Trump-class entities imaginable.
He can self-generate new powers infinitely, train them endlessly, and synergize them all together without shard interference.
This would never be officially known — at best, the PRT might notice anomalous growth and suspect Trump activity.
