Chapter 3 - Chapter 2

Charlie swallowed hard and tried to cover his blush with a small smile.

"It's... it's nothing," he muttered, looking away. "I was just... surprised by... the pull."

Rafael, with his brow still raised playfully and knowingly, moved closer to Charlie and said, "Liar," softly.

Before Charlie could react, Rafael was behind him, arms sliding around his waist in a warm hug.

For a moment, Charlie froze, his heart pounding as Rafael pressed his nose gently against the side of his neck.

"Mmm," he hummed as he inhaled deeply, savoring Charlie's sweet, soft scent.

Charlie's stomach fluttered. He wanted to melt into Rafael right there, but he remembered he had to leave soon.

Then Rafael's lips traced slowly along his ear, as he whispered softly, "You're lying."

At once, a shiver ran down Charlie's spine and he felt his face heat up even more, his knees weak.

He let out a soft, shaky breath, feeling Rafael's teasing presence so close as the room fell into a quiet, sweet tension, one that made every nerve in his body alert to the point where he couldn't look, couldn't speak, and only tried to steady himself as Rafael held him from behind.

"Are you hurt?" Rafael asked, his gentle voice cutting through the silence. "Was I... too rough?"

Immediately, Charlie's eyes widened, a mixture of surprise and embarrassment flooding him. "Alphaaa!" he called out in a slightly trembling voice. "It's... it's nothing like that! I... I just—"

"It's okay," Rafael cut him off with a quiet chuckle, brushing a hand along his back. "Just get on all fours. I want to take a look."

Charlie's eyes instantly went wide. "What?!" he gasped, cheeks redder than ever as his body froze.

He was caught between shock and more shock as he turned his neck to look at Rafael.

"Take... take a look at what?!" he stammered.

"You know what," Rafael murmured, a small smirk playing on his lips.

"I'm sorry Alpha, but no," Charlie shook his head quickly, trying not to smile. "I don't know what you are talking about," he protested, though his voice wavered. "And I am not sure I want to know."

"I also need to go and make breakfast for you," he quickly added, trying to escape whatever was coming for him... but that didn't work.

Instead, Rafael leaned closer, tilting his head just enough for his breath to brush against Charlie's ear.

"Charlieeee," he said, slow, soft, and warning all at once, sending more shivers down the Omega's spine.

"But... but I can do it myself. I—"

"I want to take a look," Rafael interrupted smoothly, his tone both possessive and gentle. "Besides... It's not the first time. But, you always seem so shy about it."
