Seeing Lily describe with so much vigor, Bruce blinked once.
Lucy chuckled softly beside him.
"I think the entire theater agrees with her."
Sure enough, many people seated nearby were still discussing that exact moment.
"That thirty versus one fight…"
"I didn't think he would survive that."
"He didn't just survive. He destroyed them."
"And that fight with Jean Frost…"
"That one was amazing."
Sophie leaned back slightly in her seat, her gaze drifting across the surrounding audience as she listened to the reactions filling the room.
"Thorne did a good job," she said quietly.
Bruce nodded once.
"They know how to tell a story."
Lily tilted her head suddenly, her brows knitting together in confusion.
"But why did it stop like that?"
She looked between Bruce and Sophie.
"They didn't show what happened after!"
Ash chirped loudly as if agreeing with her frustration.
Lucy smiled knowingly. "That's probably the point."
