**Psycho Psychiatrist**
In one of the cities of Yangsan, South Korea.
On Tuesday at exactly one o'clock in the afternoon on the second of July, Officer Kim Hyun-Ji of the Yangsan Police Department receives a call from a concerned resident.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Hello, sir. This is Officer Kim Hyun-Ji. How can I assist you?
**Caller:** I want to report a disappearance… my husband's disappearance.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Of course, ma'am. May I know his name and when was the last time you saw him?
**Caller:** His name is Lee Sung-Ho. The last time I saw him was yesterday… He never returned home after that.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Where did he go?
**Caller:** He went to his psychiatrist.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Psychiatrist? Is he suffering from a problem?
**Caller:** I am not sure… I feel that something is wrong with him. Ever since we moved to this city, he has been acting somewhat strangely… Since he met that strange man, he has been behaving oddly.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Hmm… Alright, ma'am. Do you have any information about this strange man?
**Caller:** No… He did not tell me anything.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Alright, do you have the address of the psychiatrist that Mr. Lee Sung-Ho visits?
**Caller:** Of course! I will send it to you immediately.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Alright, ma'am. I will be waiting for your message.
Kim Hyun-Ji murmurs softly to herself before ending the call. She sighs deeply and whispers:
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** A disappearance case… number twenty-seven. Why is everyone suddenly disappearing from this city for unknown reasons?
She takes a deep breath, then hears a notification from her phone. It is a message from the woman containing the psychiatrist's address. She looks at the phone, opens the message, and stares at the address quietly before thanking the woman. Suddenly, she stands up and prepares to leave. Her colleague, Hyun-Jin, notices her and asks:

**Hyun-Jin:** Where are you going?
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Another disappearance case… The wife told me that the last place her husband went to was a psychiatrist. I'm heading there to ask some questions.
**Hyun-Jin:** Do you want me to come with you?
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** No, there's no need. I'll be back quickly.
She ends the conversation and leaves the police station, heading to the address. Upon arrival, she looks at the place with furrowed brows in confusion, thinking, *Is this… a house?* Then she murmurs softly:

**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Why would a psychiatrist work in a house… and an old building like this?
She sighs deeply before approaching the door. She knocks and speaks into the intercom next to the entrance.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Hello, Mr. Kim! I am Officer Kim Hyun-Ji. I came to ask you a few questions.
She takes out her police identification card and shows it to the camera. After five minutes, the door opens, revealing a tall, handsome man with somewhat sleepy eyes and a faint smile on his lips. He speaks softly:

**Kim Dong-Won:** Welcome… How can I help you?
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Oh, hello, Mr. Kim. I apologize for disturbing you, but may I speak with you inside for a moment?
**Kim Dong-Won:** Of course, please come in.
He gives her a faint yet slightly strange smile before stepping aside. Kim Hyun-Ji follows him inside. The building is small and somewhat old. They walk up to the first floor and enter an apartment. It is just enough for one person to live in. They sit down, and Kim Dong-Won looks at her with a light gaze.
**Kim Dong-Won:** Please, go ahead.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Oh… Umm, I am Officer Kim Hyun-Ji. I came to ask you some questions about Lee Sung-Ho. Do you know anything about his disappearance?
**Kim Dong-Won:** Disappearance? Did something happen?
He responds in a calm and strange tone, with no signs of fear, panic, or nervousness—just cold, dead expressions. Kim Hyun-Ji looks at him in confusion and murmurs softly:
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Yes, he has been missing since yesterday… His wife told us that he frequently visited you. Do you have any information about him?
**Kim Dong-Won:** No… All I know is that he suffered from a strange psychological condition… He told me that he was afraid of something and felt the urge to kill someone.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Kill someone? How? And why?
**Kim Dong-Won:** The urge to kill arises alongside personality disorders, but some individuals have these thoughts without any diagnosed illness. In fact, surveys show that most people have had homicidal fantasies at some point in their lives. These factors could have contributed to Mr. Lee Sung-Ho's condition. He once told me that he was afraid for his wife and feared he might harm her unintentionally.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Really? Did he visit you yesterday?
Kim Dong-Won shakes his head while looking at her with his calm and sleepy eyes. Meanwhile, Kim Hyun-Ji writes down notes in her notebook.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** But his wife said that he went to see you yesterday.
**Kim Dong-Won:** No… He did not come. If he was planning to, he would have sent me a message beforehand.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Hmm, alright then… Is this the place where you treat your patients?
**Kim Dong-Won:** Yes… I do not have enough money to build a clinic or work in hospitals, so I decided to work from home. However, I see my patients on the upper floor… I have an office on the second floor where I conduct my sessions.
**Kim Hyun-Ji:** Oh, I see. Well, sir, it was a pleasure meeting you, and I apologize if I took up your time.
Kim Hyun-Ji stands up, bows respectfully, and waves lightly before leaving. Outside, she departs, unaware of what lurks within the building. Meanwhile, Kim Dong-Won remains seated, watching her leave. Then, he stands up and quietly walks toward the upper floor. The only sound that can be heard is his footsteps. Upon reaching the second floor, he stops in front of a door, extends his hand, and slowly opens it before stepping inside and closing it behind him. He moves through the darkness until he turns on a small light above his desk, revealing Lee Sung-Ho sitting on a medical chair—his hands and feet bound, a gag in his mouth.
Lee Sung-Ho looks at Kim Dong-Won in terror, his body trembling as he struggles in fear, letting out muffled cries and sobs. Kim Dong-Won gazes at him with dead, emotionless eyes, stepping closer slowly and coldly. His focused gaze settles on Lee Sung-Ho as he smiles faintly before speaking in a calm and chilling voice:
**Kim Dong-Won:** Your wife reported you missing as soon as she noticed your absence… That is sweet. She really loves you.
Lee Sung-Ho's eyes widen in terror, tears streaming down his face. He whimpers in pain and fear while Kim Dong-Won maintains his eerie smile. He reaches out, puts on his medical gloves slowly, and steps closer with measured steps…
Lee Sung-Ho looks on in sheer terror, tears streaming down his face as he whimpers in pain and fear. Meanwhile, Kim Dong-Won stares at him with intense focus, a chilling smile etched on his lips. Slowly, he extends his hand, picking up a pair of medical gloves, slipping them on with deliberate calmness. His eyes remain locked onto Lee Sung-Ho as he takes slow, measured steps towards him.
**Kim Dong-Won:** *You are my favorite patient, which is why… I won't let you suffer, nor will I take any of your limbs…*
He whispers the last part in an eerie, unsettling tone, while Lee Sung-Ho sobs, pleading desperately in terror. Kim Dong-Won slowly brings both hands toward Lee Sung-Ho's throat, pressing firmly against his Adam's apple. Gradually, he increases the pressure, his cold, faint smile never wavering as he watches Lee Sung-Ho struggle, gasping for air. He tightens his grip with every second, relishing the sight of his victim suffocating.
Lee Sung-Ho's skin begins to give way beneath Kim Dong-Won's fingers. Blood seeps from his throat as Kim Dong-Won digs his fingers deeper and deeper, pushing them into his flesh. His expression remains eerily composed, his smile unfaltering. As his fingers penetrate further, he finally reaches the cartilage of the thyroid gland, pushing his fingers in even deeper until they are fully embedded within.
Lee Sung-Ho gasps out his final, struggling breath. His eyes roll back before his lids slowly shut, his life slipping away. Kim Dong-Won watches in silence, a smirk still lingering on his lips. As he withdraws his bloodied fingers from the lifeless throat, he murmurs softly:
**Kim Dong-Won:** *It seems… you will make a delicious meal, Mr. Lee Sung-Ho.*
He whispers in a hushed tone before stepping toward a nearby table. Various knives and sharp medical tools are neatly arranged upon it. Selecting one, he approaches the lifeless body and begins his meticulous work—slicing through flesh with surgical precision, expertly severing each joint into small, clean pieces. Once Lee Sung-Ho is reduced to nothing but dismembered fragments, Kim Dong-Won carefully places the severed limbs into a black bag. He then takes the bones and conceals them within a secret compartment—a hidden space where he stores the remains of his victims.
After finishing his gruesome task, he calmly sits at his desk, retrieving a cigarette from his pocket. Lighting it, he brings it to his lips, inhaling deeply before exhaling a slow, steady stream of smoke. A faint smile lingers on his lips as he glances around at the bloodstained scene before him.
And then…
