Valentina rested her head on Luciano's chest, as she thought about everything they had been through.
"What are you thinking about?" He asked.
"Do you think we're doing the right thing?" She counter asked.
"What even is the right thing anymore?"
She sighed. He was right. There were no wrongs or rights even when they were actually wrongs and rights.
"You think the prince and Erin are settling properly into civilization?" She asked.
"They should. Salvatore would take care of them."
"I hope so."
The private jet descended, and Valentina lifted her head from his chest when it stopped.
"I can't believe we're actually here," she said, looking into Luciano's eyes.
"You wanted to see it. We can leave if you've changed your mind. You know that right?"
She shook her head dismissively. "No, I want to see it."
