"I guess that's one way to put it," Adin nodded. "The way it happened, Isa needed temporary relief from the pain of being away from you. This doctor, who everyone held in high regard at the government house, who had also been coming around me a lot, said he could help me out when he came into my office and saw the state she was in. I asked a few questions, and then gave my permission. When Isa left, she felt better, and was ready to begin her new position in Russia."
