Francesca was readying herself for bed after being sent a message about what was going on in Neravalle, when a knock on her door made her pause.
She straightened her back, and looked at the door.
"Who is it?"
"Room service."
Her nose scrunched, as she walked to the door and opened it.
"Room service?" She asked again when she saw two women standing in front of her.
"Can we come in?" Helena asked.
"Okay." She shrugged and stepped back.
Daniela walked in last, and closed the door behind her.
"Francesca Alvarez," Helena began, walking around the room as if she owned the place.
"It seems like you know me." She eyed her.
"Oh you're very popular," she stopped walking and faced her. "My daughter says you're the surgeon that's going to come cross-check her diagnosis? But when I researched you, it showed you were a bone surgeon. What do you have to do with autoimmune diseases?"
