Sonia stopped dead in her tracks at the door, after she opened it to find Valentina seated in a weird position.
She was seated at the edge of her bed whilst her feet tapped relentlessly on the floor.
Valentina's head shot up when she felt someone looking at her.
"I figured out what to do!" Her eyes sparkled with rejuvenated energy.
"I no understand—" she carefully shut the door behind her, and rested her back on it.
"So I spent the entirety of last night and this morning trying to figure out what to do next. Then it hit me a few hours ago. I can't believe that in my panic, I didn't think of that! Can you imagine?" She scoffed.
Sonia shook her head, her forehead pressed in confusion.
