This kind of thing was insanely hard, especially since most of the people he controlled that still had there consciousness were drowned by hatred and helplessness. Most of the people he also controlled either succumbed to depression, anger, or just went into insanity.
But this didn't stop the Mask of Malice. He knew that he was gonna lose this battle if he didn't act, so he tried his Trump card.
The Mask of Malice knew that this person was not from this world. Since when that host laid his eyes on him for the first time, he used his power to grasp the host's memory.
