( Hello guys I hope you all are doing well and before continuing any further I would like to make a new announcement in the story .
I would like to inform you that from here onwards I will write some ' authors thought ' in between the chapters .
This will be short lines and paragraphs made for creating the story more interactive and fun for both of us .
And don't worry this will not affect the story itself and it won't be long just some short lines that's all .
So I hope you understand my point of view and if you have any ideas on the matter please do tell me in the comments section .

Chapter : 28 : The Royal Couple :
As the gates were opened a huge and luxurious room came infront of Long Yanran .
The room itself was decorated with at least a hundred types of flowers all of which were extremely rare to find .
And there were just a part of the decoration in room as we will not go over the gold and other precious meterials which were practically almost everywhere .
If Xiao Ming entered in this room, even he would lose his composure let alone anyone else .
However Long Yanran wasn't phased by any of this because as the princess of the kingdom she had seen this place for all her life .
But right now her attention was on the people infront of her .
Well to be precise there were only three people in the room without counting Long Yanran .
But each one of them held a few of the most powerful and influential positions within the kingdom or in the royal family .
The middle aged man with black hair and golden eyes like her's sitting on the royal throne was Long Chen the current king of the Yu Shan Kingdom .
He was a four Star Dou Emperor who was known for his extremely keen senses .
Next to him sat a middle aged woman who looked very young for her age .
She had a beautiful long brown hair and smile that was similar to Long Yanran .
However her eyes held a sharpness that came only from those who had seen the politics of the royal family for decades .
She was Li Zin the queen of the current Yu Shan kingdom and Long Chen's wife and Long Yanran's mother .
She is the daughter of the powerful Li clan which is the strongest clan of the neighbouring friend kingdom of Panshi kingdom .
Both Long Chen and Li Zin where childhood friends due to the friendship between the two kingdoms .
And later they got married and had two childrens the first Prince Long Muchen and the second daughter Long Yanran .
Their marriage while partially was a political event to strengthen the relationship between the two Kingdoms and it's ruling dynasty's however it was also a marriage born of love and respect between them .
In fact Long Yanran has only Li Zin as his wife with no concubines or other wives .
This is something very rare in the cultivation world where polygamy is almost considered a common sense especially for powerful families and clans .
But aside from there love both of them were a perfect team working together not only in cultivation but also in managing The Kingdom .
While the Long Chen ruled as the king he took advise from his wife Li Zin .
And it was certainly not because he was incapable of making decisions on his own .
He took advise from him was because he trusted her advise not only as his wife but also as the Queen of the nation .
And it was because of her help in managing the kingdoms affair sharing a huge portion of the burden with him that Long Chen was able to improve in his cultivation strength and reach the four star Dou Emperor stage .
And as for Li Zin har cultivation talents were not as good as Long Chen so she could only reach as far as 2 star Dou King but she never felt disappointed about it .
Both of them came from Royal families and wet trained not only in the arts of cultivation but also in politics , economics and state crafts as well .
They had walked the golden roads of the palace life surrounded by nobles who sometime would genuinely smile at them and sometimes they would fake it .
It can be said that both of them were quite experienced in both cultivation and politics .
But more important than their cultivation stream they knew that the other will always be there to hold them if they ever fall .
This is what made their relationship so strong .
Not power but love , respect and trust in each other .
But while they were known as one of the most powerful and serious couples in all nearby kingdoms this suddenly changes when it comes to being parents .
Like now when Long Yanran entered the room both of them looked at her with smiles of parents not of royals .
And it was Long Chen who spoke up first .
" My dear daughter ! you are finally here . " - at this moment seeing Long Yanran coming he quickly stood up and wanted to hug his daughter tightly .
His work as the king barely left him any time to spend with his daughter anymore .
Especially now that his daughter was growing up and focused more on her cultivation he felt like he was being ignored .

" There ! there! honey she did not mean anything rude . " - at this moment Li Zin finally put a hand on her husbands shoulder giving him some emotional support while laughing herself .
It was quite clear that she was enjoying the situation very much .
" Cough ! Cough ! " - at this moment the third person in the room who was silent for so long have a polite cough reminding them of his presence .
Hearing this Long Yanran looked at that person .
He was a old man wearing a scholarly dress looking at the unfolding scenario with a polite smile on his face .
He was the long loyal butler of the royal family and everyone call him Old Bai which also suited his long quite hair .
Old Bai has been serving the royal family since the time of Long Chen's father , the previous king .

Altho the little blush on his face clearly showed his embarrassment .
But that embarrassment only lasted for a few seconds before his eyes turn serious again .
Seeing this Long Yanran also understood that now her father was about to say something important .
Her father may act like a silly person sometimes especially when it's related to her .
But whenever it came to something important be it related to the kingdom or his family he would become serious .
And this was one of those moments .
" Yanran you must know that your big big brother is currently in the Mythical Dragon sect studying as a senior student . " - Long Chen said to which Long Yanran nodded .
As she was about ask why would he bring this matter up .
But before that Li Zin who was standing beside her husband right now spoke up while smiling at her daughter .
" Dear Yanran on this matter your father and I have decided that you too will attend the mythical Dragon sect for your future cultivation journey . " - Li Zin said .
Hearing this a shocked expression appeared on Long Yanran's face .
While she knew that this day would come soon but still she didn't expect her parents to reveal it like this all of a sudden .
But the initial shock was quickly replaced by a happy smile as she practically jumped into her father's arm in excitement .
" Thanks father ! Tanks mother ! both of you are the greatest father and mother in the world . " - Long Yanran said happily .
She really wanted to go to the Mythical Dragon sect to continue her cultivation journey .

" Hahaha ... Hahaha ... Alright... Alright ! my sweet little princess I know your happy but still you can't forget that in order to get within the mythical Dragon sect you must pass there entrance exam . " - Long Chen was happily laughing as he put down his daughter .
