When Yujiro finally reached the Konoha library,he immediately went into the B section of the library, while he was going through the section B he checked out the number of jutsus each attribute had, after he arrived at the lightning and Earth sections he immediately grabbed all of the Earth and lightning style jutsus and gathered them at a table.
'Hmm just as I expected, there are still 21 Earth release jutsus, while there are only 11 lightning release jutsus.
In comparison, there are 16 wind release jutsus.
But most of those wind release jutsus were made by the second kazekage, so how are they in Konoha?'
After analyzing it for a while he came to a conclusion.
'I guess there are two options on how Konoha got its hands on those jutsus.
The first method is by stealing, either with spies, mind reading or with the Sharingans copying ability.
Or the second possibility, is where Konoha got their hands on them as a reparation from a war, after all, Konoha has forced Suna into a peace deal multiple times, so the chances Konoha obtained them through that is high.
In comparison, Konoha has never really forced Kumo into a peace and hasn't gotten the opportunity to get those jutsus from them through it.
All they have managed to do is copy some simpler jutsus with the Sharingan.
The other lightning release jutsus here, were probably all donated by the Uchiha and the Hatake clans.
So probably, both Konoha, and the clans probably have some other jutsus hidden in their libraries, other than these.'
After he realized this, he immediately packed all of the jutsus of lightning and Earth release that he picked out, and put them back to their places.
After he did this, he immediately started running toward the Hyuga library.
After he left, an old man just came running toward the Konoha library, but just as he was about to call out to Yujiro, he could see that Yujiro had already flickered away.
"Who is that brat? Entering section B as a genin, just wait! I will inform the hokage."
While an old man was going towards the hokage building to make a report of unauthorized entering of the Section B of the library, Yujiro himself was still thinking of the Jutsus in the library.
'Most of the earth release Jutsus in the library, are just upgrades to my previous C rank jutsus, and with the control over Yin and Yang styles of chakra, I should be able to perfectly reduce their power to the levels of an C rank jutsu, or magnify their power towards the power of an A rank jutsus, though it will need testing if I can apply it to B rank jutsus like I did with my C rank jutsus.
On the other hand, the lightning release jutsus were practically all pretty much new jutsus, with only could of jutsus that were direct upgrades towards the previous jutsus, like the lightning body jutsu. But before I make any more assumptions, I should check out the Hyuga library's section B of the library, to make sure there isn't any information I'm missing.'
Like so, when he arrived at the Hyuga library, he did the same thing as when he reached Konoha's library.
Scroll through the amount of jutsus in each of the elemental categories, and then pick up all of the lightning and Earth release jutsus.
And the choice to check out Hyuga's library before starting to learn the B rank jutsus.
For first, the number of jutsus in the Hyuga library was larger, in each element, there were additional 2-3 jutsus. More specifically, there were 24 earth release jutsus in the Hyuga library, instead of the 21 in the Konoha library and there were 13 lightning jutsus. But the amount of jutsus was not the only benefit in the library. In addition to the numbers of jutsus, when Yujiro read the description and the methods to perform a specific jutsu, those scrolls had additional notes and tips from previous users of the jutsu, this would help Yujiro to learn the jutsu in addition of giving him new ideas on using these jutsus.
But what delighted Yujiro immensely was the scroll on Kumo's lightning chakra mode in the Hyuga library had more notes and actually resembled the actual jutsu, instead of the jutsu in the Konoha library. And even through it was incomplete, it did record the reason for why it was incomplete.
And for Yujiro this made all the difference, after all it gave him direction. But to his disappointment, he realized that he probably won't be able to complete it for the time being. The reason for this was simple. He simply didn't have high enough control of lightning chakra, or either the yin release or the yang release, that meant that Yujiro would probably need to learn all of the lightning jutsus in Konoha, in addition to getting more experience in modifying jutsus.
But what still made him happy were the directions the scroll pointed him towards. One of these directions is the Kumo's lightning release, which is taking lightning release jutsus to their extreme with yang release increasing the inherent advantages of lightning release. While the other direction is taking the shape and form of lightning release to their extreme with yin release, the prime example of this was the techniques of the white fang.
But when Yujiro read these he became amazed by something, or more accurately by someone's talent.
'I have tried to recreate jutsu like the chidori for a long time, but I have been unsuccessful for a while now, and while Kakashi might have had more jutsus and knowledge at his hands, he hasn't had a cheat that multifold his progress either, so my training time is slightly behind his, so it's not surprising that I haven't been able to create it as Kakashi's talent wasn't any worse than the Sanin or Minato.
But what is really monstrous about him is if my theory about his purple lightning is correct.'
