But as if their playful looks didn't annoy him enough, Yujiro's next words certainly did.

Though the words were said extremely casually by Yujiro, it made the Uchiha's eyes turn red with anger.
When Yujiro saw those eyes he was surprised.

Don't tell me he is comparing himself to Itachi, he is two years older than us, does he still think he is equally talented as Itachi?'

And as it stood, it didn't take long for the start of the chunin exams to be announced.
"First contestants are Fyuki Gaji of Kusa while his opponent is Senju Mujin of Konoha.
Please contestants, come out to the field."
Once the two came out of the booth and took their places the beginning of the battle was announced.
"Let the battle begin!"
After the announcement the judge jumped to the side of the stadium.
Immediately after the fight started Mukin launched a probing attack with shuriken towards the Kusa genin.
Unlike he had thought, the Kusa genin actually dodged the attack easily.
After a while of throwing Kunai and shuriken towards the genin, Mujin confirmed that purely throwing Kunai would be a minimal threat to the Kusa genin.
While Mujin had been throwing kunais towards the Kusa genin, the Kusa genin had been trying to throw his own, but when it came to results they gave Mujin almost no pressure.
When he saw this, he made a quick judgement.
'Unlike that brat, I'm probably worse in terms of chakra and ninjutsu, and looking at the technique with which he is throwing shuriken.
His technique is also better than mine. In that case, I should force the fight into close quarters. After all, with my age advantage there is no way I'm losing to this brat in taijutsu even if his technique is better than mine.'

And although he couldn't beat Yujiro in close contact, he could survive against him until his chakra reserves ran out.
The reason for this was the iron skin Jutsu.
A jutsu which's effectiveness increased with the amount of chakra used to maintain it.
Along with the monstrous strength technique of the Senju, the only thing he lacked behind Yujiro was speed.
So when the kusa genin threw the kunai at Mujin.
Mujin simply ignored it and launched himself toward the kusa genin with the body flicker jutsu.
And as the kusa genin with a kunai on hand was launching himself toward Mujin.
Mujin simply decided to trade blows with the Kusa genie, after all he was very confident in his iron skin Jutsu.
When they traded blows, the kunai left behind a small scratch, while Mujin's punch sent the Kusa genin flying across the arena.
When the Kusa genin finally landed on the ground, he was more than 20 meters away from his original position.
When the Kusa genin didn't move, the examiner of the Chunin exam went to check on him.
Once he checked his condition, he immediately announced the end of the battle.
"The winner of the first fight is Senju Mujin."
When this sentence was uttered, the stadium was filled with cheers.
On the other hand, Hyori and Yujiro were both critiquing Mujin's performance.
"Mujin was too impatient, he could have won the fight without using any chakra, now his stamina is not full anymore."
