The third zone is the outer layer, home to World Master–level Chaos Beasts.
Chaos Beasts only range from the cosmic level to the World Master level. If any Immortal-level Chaos Beast were discovered, Chaos City would dispatch experts to eliminate it.
Domain Lord–level cultivators are only allowed to hunt in the middle layer and must not appear in the inner layer.
World Masters are only allowed to hunt in the outer layer and must not appear in the inner or middle layers.
After reading everything, Luo Fan flew directly toward the middle layer.
Even though the middle layer contained Domain Lord–level Chaos Beasts, Luo Fan wasn't worried. If anything went wrong, he could use his ship. Even without it, he could summon his avatars to help.

He planned to hunt more.
As for the Soul Pearls from the missions, he would claim them after his Chaos True Spirit absorption reached its limit.
Luo Fan continued flying toward the middle layer.
He found that most Chaos Beasts in the inner layer were first-order cosmic-level creatures. The Chaos True Spirits they produced did not help him much. After all, his genetic level was now forty-fold.
He hunted his way forward and eventually reached the middle layer.
Upon arrival, he immediately saw another octopus-like Chaos Beast, similar to the ones he had encountered earlier. It seemed he really was fated with these "octopus brothers."
