Alpha Kingston's POV.
"Phoebe!!!" I screamed in horror as I watched her fall to the floor covered in her own blood.
This wasn't what we had trained for or planned. Our love story couldn't end like this, I couldn't let my mate die before my eyes. I would never allow it.
"Guards!"
I attempted running but Axel held me back. I gave him a nasty push but more warriors came to hold me. I had never felt this sort of desperation in my entire life, it was like watching your life slip from your hands and doing nothing about it even though you could prevent it.
"Phoebe!" I growled and my eyes darkened. I struggled to see Phoebe and I was shocked at what I saw with my wolf eyes.
There were two spirit wolves beside Phoebe and it left me fazed. Phoebe raised up her face and the blood that was coming from her neck had dried up and the other wound on her body had healed really fast.
