Lina could no longer sleep at night. Even with Murat lying beside her, her thoughts wandered to Emir. On one side lay a marriage built on years of habit—safe but cold. On the other, a dangerous, forbidden love that made her heart race with life. The storm within her grew stronger each day, tearing her apart.
One night, Emir called her. His voice trembled with desperation:
— "Lina… I can't live halfway like this. Either be with me, or let me go."
His words shook her to her core. Emir's certainty was everything Murat's coldness was not. Every moment with him was alive, passionate, real. Yet choosing that passion meant setting fire to her entire life.
The next day, Murat took her to an upscale restaurant. Silence lingered across the table. Murat spoke of business, of numbers and strategies. Lina searched his face for the love she had once hoped to find there, but all she saw were calculations.
Just then, her phone buzzed inside her purse. She glanced at it—Emir. "Run away with me. Leave everything behind. Come with me."
Her throat tightened, her heartbeat thundered. She slipped the phone back into her bag, but the message echoed endlessly in her mind.
Later that night, standing before the mirror, Lina stared at her own reflection. She saw two women: one, Murat's wife—the respectable woman society approved of. The other, Emir's lover—a soul ready to leap into the flames.
Which one was truly her?
And more importantly, which one did she want to be?
