Seeing Nezuko, Tanjiro's face lit up with a smile.
Being allowed to have Nezuko and being accepted at the Hashira Meeting, and being able to continue staying in the Demon Slayer Corps, were the best results for Tanjiro.
Holding Nezuko's hand, Tanjiro's eyes narrowed into a line as he smiled.
Zenitsu, huddled in the blanket, looked at Tanjiro with the eyes of a woman who had been wronged.
He wanted to hold Nezuko's hand, too! But with Senior Takeshi standing there, he only had the desire in his heart, and didn't dare to do it.
His cheek, which had just been slapped by the nurse, was still burning. Zenitsu felt like he was a poor child, with no one to care for him, no one to love him, and no one willing to marry him! Tears streamed down his face, soaking the blanket.

Holding Shinobu's soft and slender hand, Zenitsu was completely lost in a bubble of happiness.

Tanjiro was so shocked by these words that he couldn't say a word. This kid, the poison in his brain probably hadn't been cleared out yet!
The nurse next to him was so scared that her soul flew away. This pervert! He was crazy to be so rude to Lady Shinobu.
Hearing this, Shinobu still had a smile on her face, but a murderous aura was coming from her.
Takeshi took a few steps back, standing next to Nezuko, and used one hand to cover Nezuko's big eyes.

They heard a loud crash, and Zenitsu's bed was split in two. He fell off the bed, still holding his hands in a cupping position.
Shinobu slowly put away the shining blade in her hand, and landed a left hook on Zenitsu Agatsuma's eye, instantly 'drawing' a dark purple-black circle around Zenitsu's eye.
A series of crazy attacks landed, and Zenitsu was beaten so badly that he kicked one leg up, flailing weakly in the air.
It wasn't that he didn't want to fight back, it was that he didn't have the ability or time to fight back.
Everything had happened so suddenly, and while he was being beaten, he could still feel the warmth of her hand in his palm.
Turning around, Shinobu smiled at Takeshi and Tanjiro, gently patting her head. "Oops! I got a little carried away."
Tanjiro's mouth twitched a little, glancing at Zenitsu on the ground. It wasn't 'a little carried away,' it was a lot carried away!
The nurse quickly ran out to call for help, and they lifted Zenitsu off the ground, putting him on another undamaged bed.

Tanjiro updated his understanding of Shinobu once again in his mind.

Nezuko pulled away the hand that was covering her eyes, looking confused. What had just happened? "Mmm, mmm?"
She turned and tugged on Takeshi-oniichan's clothes, asking why he had covered her eyes. Her little face showed that she wasn't happy.
Takeshi patted Nezuko's head to reassure her.
Shinobu took two steps forward, getting close to Tanjiro's bed. Tanjiro's whole body stiffened, holding his breath, looking nervous and sweaty.
Seeing him so nervous, Shinobu covered her mouth and giggled. "Tanjiro, don't be nervous. I'm just checking your injuries. I want to get along well with everyone."
"Yes, yes..."
Tanjiro only half-believed her words. He had seen Zenitsu's experience with his own eyes.
After checking Tanjiro's injuries, Shinobu smiled at Takeshi as she left, without saying anything else.
Takeshi frowned slightly, turning his head to look at the door of the hospital room. Shinobu was already gone.
