20 MINUTES LATER ~~
Ariel walked out of the restroom wearing her nightgown and a robe.
"What happened to you in the restroom?" Ashley asked.
"I was just feeling dizzy, I need to rest" She said and Ashley stared at her.
"Are you sure?" Ashley asked and Ariel nodded.
"Alright, get some rest. I'd be in the shower" Ashley said and Ariel smiled.
"Sure" Ariel said and went to lay on the bed using the duvet to cover herself.
Ashley entered the restroom.
Ariel carried her phone from the bed stand and she groaned when she saw missed calls from her mum and then one from Conrad.
She dialled her mum's number and she picked immediately.
~ "Sweetie, where did you keep your phone?"
~ "I was in the garden without my phone, I'm sorry" Ariel said.
~ "Why do I feel like you're lying to me Ariel?" She asked and Ariel bit her lips.
~ "I'm not mum. I'm sorry" Ariel said and Taylor sighed.
~ "If there's any problem in that school, please tell me Ariel. Please" ~ Taylor said.
~ "There's no....."
~ "If you're ever tired of the school, let me know so i will take you out of the school"
~ "Okay mum"
~ "Good night"
~ "Good night" Ariel muttered and slowly ended the call.
She sighed feeling bad for hiding a lot of things from Taylor.
She stared at Conrad's number for a while before calling him. It rang for what seemed like minutes before it ended.
She dialled his line again but he still didn't pick. She decided to message him instead.
~ "Hey, thanks for helping me out tonight" She typed and sent.
It showed that he read it but didn't reply. She waited for some minutes buh no reply. She frowned before sending another one.
~ "Are you angry at me?"
He still didn't reply and she frowned again dropping the phone on the bed stand.
She used the duvet to cover herself closing her eyes.

Ariel was walking through the hall and her gaze landed on Conrad who was heading her way.
"What's..." She couldn't complete what she was saying when he walked past her. She blinked and turned to him staring at his retreating figure. She faced forward and saw Logan heading towards her.
"Hey" He said.
"Hi. What's wrong with Conrad?" Ariel asked.
"I have no idea. Let's go, we'd be late for class" Logan said.
"Logan. Is he upset with me?" Ariel asked.
"No he isn't. He just wants to be alone, let's give him that space and head to class" Logan said and she sighed before nodding.
He smiled and they went to class together.
"Hey" Ashley said when Ariel sat beside her.
"Hello" Ariel said and looked back at Conrad who was staring at the lecturer.
She faced front and placed her head on the table.
"What's wrong?" Ashley asked and she rose her head looking at her.
"I feel like he's angry at me" Ariel said.
"Why would you feel so?"
"He has been acting weird since yesterday night and I don't know why" She said and Ashley held her shoulder.
"Just forget about him for now. After class, you'd go talk to him and see what's up alright?"
"Hey!!" The lecturer called and they faced him.
"No talking in my class" He said and Ashley removed her hand from her shoulder facing her book.
Ariel faced her book as well and the lecturer continued his explanation.

Ariel and Ashley could be seen having lunch. Ariel was eating while reading the book she took from the library.
She read about every creature in the book. A heretic, hybrid and a tribrid.
"What are you reading?" Ashley asked and Ariel looked up from the book.
"A book about the creatures of the night" Ariel said and faced the book.
"Heretic and Hybrid" She muttered.
~ A heretic possesses the power of a witch and vampire. Hybrid possesses the power of a vampire and a werewolf. Tribrid, as the name implies, possesses the power of a vampire, werewolf and witch ~
Ariel flipped through the pages and a hand pulled the book out of her hand making her turn sharply.
"The heck? Gimme my book" Ariel said standing up.
"Make me" A girl said and laughed walking away with it.
Ariel folded her fists tightly before leaving her chair going to the girl. She made her face her before throwing a punch at her. The girl's face went to the other side as the book fell from her hand.
Ariel squatted and picked up the book before staring at the girl.
"Learn to mind your fúçking business!" Ariel snapped and the girl smiled standing straight. She moved closer to Ariel and her eyes glowed yellow.
"Don't mess with me" She said and pushed Ariel backwards leaving the cafeteria.
Ariel's eyes remained wide as she stared at the girl's retreating figure.
"My Gawd" Ariel said closing her mouth.
Conrad gave her a stare before facing his food.
She turned and ran after the girl.
"Heyy" Ariel called and the girl turned.
The hallway was free since almost all of the students were having lunch.
Ariel got to her and she placed her hands on her leg breathing heavily.
"What do you want?" She asked.
"I just want to know more about you. What's your name?" Ariel said and asked.
"And why should I tell a stranger like you that?" She asked folding her hands underneath her bóóbs.
"I just want to know. Please, I'm a big fan of you creatures and it'd be nice if I..." Ariel didn't get to finish what she was saying cos the girl held her neck tightly raising her from the ground.
Ariel's legs dangled in the air as she gasped for breath.
"I am not any of those creatures you read in books. I kill those who mess with me and if you don't want to be on my list, stay the fúcking hell away" She said and threw Ariel backwards.
She flew across the hall falling to the ground and rolling to the wall at end of the hall.
A groan left her lips as she tried standing up. The girl walked away with a frown on her face.
"You and your big mouth Ariel" Ariel muttered to herself standing up.
She had an injury on her forehead and her arm was dislocated. She tried standing but she fell so she sat there just like that.
She saw Conrad leaving the cafeteria and she winced before yelling his name.
He didn't stop walking and she tried standing but she fell again with a thud making him stop.
"Conrad" She called and he turned the side view of his face to her.
"What is it?" He asked and she tried standing again using the wall as her support.
"What did I do?" She asked but he just stayed like that.
"Why are you acting like this, what did I do?!!" Ariel snapped and he turned his cold gaze towards her.
She stepped back, hitting her back on the wall, at the intensity of his cold gaze.
"You want to know why I'm like this?" He asked coldly.
"Yes" She said and he smirked.
