"Yeah, I'd love to get groomed by her."
A young man said as he laid down on a hill, the grass beneath him, his brown straw hat on his chest as it heaved up and down steadily.
His thoughts running wild as he held a picture of a famous actress who had been gaining traction in the theater of Gaoling.
It's been about a year since he got out of the spirit world, somewhere he never thought he'd escape even with all his might.
Well, he is a bit tricky even as a kid of about 9, very young yet very troubling.
The East side of Gaoling was filled lands and beautiful greenery, something that Son find confiding easy.
Adapting to society wasn't something he bothered with since the time he spent in the spirit realm felt like decades.
Son Kuro. A boy of mischief, and thieving of the tranquility of the rural side...
...Except he is a thief.
*Yawwnnn!*
He stretched his arms, a baggy dull green garment with saggy shorts and brown belt held his clothes together as it flows with the ever blowing wind.
He reached for his bag that held some boiled potatoes he stole, but as his hands grabbed nothing but air, his expression changed from peaceful to anxious.
"What the hell!!?"
He yelled, searching the bag desperately for the food he 'borrowed'
"Damn it." He muttered, until he heard the ground shaking.
"Huh...?" He turned towards the direction just to see a group of angry mobs, marching with fury, and with the look on their face, they didn't come here to greet him.
"SON KURO!!!!" a lean man with a pitch fork screamed at the top of his lungs, his hair scanty and eyes red, "you little shit, I'm gonna kill you personally for stealing my crops."
Kuro stood up, his hat already on his head, covering most of his face, with just his grin plastered on his lips.
"What crops?" He asked mockingly.
"Don't play stupid, you think I wouldn't find you!? Think again!" He said with a throbbing vein on his forehead, "everybody will take all you've stolen, you little thief."
"Old man, what exactly are you gonna take from a kid like myself? I have nothing to give and the ones stolen is right here." Son teased with the jiggle of his bag of coins.
The old man who seemingly was their leader couldn't tolerate Son's taunting as he yelled at the top of his voice, "GET HIM!!"
"Yeah!!"
"Clean that little thief of his stain!"
"Get that little demon!!"
They crowd rushed forward, their voice could be heard miles away, the temperature rising with their anger. Another group of earth benders closed any escape routes, trapping Son in an enclosing circle.
Son on the other hand, cracked his neck, kicking his worn-out shoes his barefoot grasping the earth, as he took a solid stance.
As soon as the angry mobs hands got close to him, he stomped on the floor, swiping his hands down, creating a crater with the earth protruding out like walls, preventing the people from getting closer.
"Huh?" One of them voiced, his expression tired and bamboozled at this same time.
"Bring it down boys!!" The earth benders stepped up, flexing their muscles, their feet planted into the ground, their hand closed as the wall Son made crumble easily.
"What!?" An elder spoke with disbelief.
To their surprise, another casing of rock formation covering Son came into view.
Zoom!
Son sent on of the four corners at the earth benders at frightening speed.
Bam! Taking out two from the ten of them. "This kid..." One grumbled, another spinning rock with sharp edges tearing it's way at them.
Fortunately for them, they put up a wall of rock, but the impact destroying the sheilding wall.
Son stomped on the ground, the earth shaking violently, the remaining 6 benders putting up another wall of rock, this time thicker.
"Ha! Idiots!" Son mocked with grin as he twisted his right foot, and stretching his hands forward in a fast and fluid motion.
"What is the kid----" the bender was cut off as his position he was standing on spun to the opposite direction, leaving him and his subordinates back open.
'He fainted with that first move and turned the earth beneath our feets so our unprotected backs can be easily harme---'
Without hesitation a pillar of rock shot forward, hitting each bender at the spine, their body colliding with the wall they originally used to protect themselves.
"I don't think I want the money anymore..." One of the folks expressed, already in a running animation.
"Ye-yeah, me too!" The other followed, "This kid's just a freak." Before you knew it, the mob retreated, leaving only the painful groans floating through the air.
Son tipped his hat, his eyes glowing green eyes came into view for a brief second.
"Just in the day's work." He said as he dusted off his shoulder from the rubble and dust.
"And I got a make more cash... I wonder if the earth rumble matches are on."
Son rubbed his chin as he walked off the chaotic scene of destruction and the once peaceful green pastures had been riddled with earth protruding everywhere.
