The moment those words left his mouth, the atmosphere changed.
High above the training field, a small black sphere appeared.

A massive Rasengan began to form.

And larger.
Until it resembled a miniature sun.
The terrifying chakra fluctuations distorted the surrounding air.
Everyone watching fell silent.

"Let's see whether your moon is stronger..."
"Or my Rasengan."
