Chapter 132 - Chapter 132: Interrogation

William knew from Marco's expression that he was the one who called Bryan yesterday. He said with a smile, "You didn't expect us to find you so quickly, did you? By the way, Bryan, what did you say to our Mr. Marco yesterday? Let our Mr. Marco hear it again, that way he might quickly remember where the girl in the photo is."

"No problem, I'd be happy to say it again. I said if you let my daughter go, I wouldn't pursue it. If not, I would find you, and kill you all. If anything happens to my daughter, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Albania to find your family and friends. I mean what I say."

William said to Marco seriously, "Isn't Bryan a great father? You've heard it all, Mr. Marco. Never anger a father, otherwise, God knows what cruel things they'll do for their children. So, can you tell me where this girl is now, Mr. Marco?"

Marco didn't struggle for long before shaking his head and hoarsely saying, "I don't know. We sent that girl away."

"Where did you send her?" Bryan's anxious voice came from the laptop.

"I don't know, I really don't know. The buyers themselves come and pick them up from us. I don't know where they took the person," Marco said.

"Heh heh, you're very disappointing. This is not very friendly, it seems we still haven't reached a consensus, Mr. Marco," William said as he walked towards the power switch.

Seeing this, Marco begged in fear, "No, no, please, I really don't know where that girl was sent. Please, let me go."

William ignored Marco's pleas. "Tell me everything you know."

"Please, please, I really don't know," Marco kept pleading with William, but who was William? He was a man who could kill dozens of people without batting an eye, so how could he let Marco go after a few pleas? Not to mention Marco was a scumbag who committed all kinds of evil.

He pressed the switch. This time, Marco had bitten through his tongue from the electric shock, his mouth full of blood, mixed with saliva flowing non-stop. William saw that the guy was about to die if he continued to electrocute him, so he turned off the switch.

This time, Marco rested for several minutes before regaining consciousness. He looked at William with a face full of fear and pleading, mumbling incoherently, "I… I don't know, I don't know. Let me go, please… let me go. Someone save… save me."

This scumbag's mouth was really tough, which infuriated William, especially since he had just told Ginny's mother that he would rescue Ginny. With a dark expression, William, having lost face, said, "Do you know? This is a construction site, and for the sake of construction progress, the power system on the site is very stable. So, the electric chair will not be forced to interrupt due to a power outage. If I just turn this switch on again, the power won't cut off for even ten days or half a month. I'm very curious what you'll turn into after ten days or half a month."

After speaking, William roared furiously, "So, tell me everything you know! If you're useless, then just wait to be electrocuted into ashes, you scumbag!"

Marco looked at William in terror. He could tell from William's eyes that William would really do it. In his eyes, William was a lunatic. "I only know that a man named Patrice St. Clair is in charge. Every time we catch innocent girls, he sends someone to pick them up because innocent girls can be sold for a very high price."

William cursed loudly after hearing this, "Damn it, how could someone from St. Clair be involved?"

Bryan pondered and said, "William, no matter if it's St. Clair or St. Louis, please save Ginny. She's only 17. If anything happens, I'll take full responsibility."

Bryan was also aware of the St. Clair family, the oldest royal family in Europa. Although they were no longer nobility, the St. Clairs still held considerable influence in Europa.

William knew much more than Bryan. He knew that Grandma Sophie had a lot of influence in Scotland, and since they were all members of the Hermetic Order, tearing each other's face off wouldn't be easy to resolve.

Just as William was wondering what to do, he suddenly remembered, cursing himself inwardly, 'I'm so worried I'm confused!' As far as he knew, the true St. Clair family now only consisted of Sophie and her grandmother. This damned Patrice St. Clair must be an impostor.

Sophie certainly had no connection to the underground auction house. William was only worried that her grandmother, for money and to divert her opponents' attention, might have sent a confidant to act under the St. Clair name.

William believed that the old families, which had endured for hundreds of years, were not as in decline as outsiders thought. That old woman was not so easy to deal with. She had a large group of loyal descendants of the Knights Templar, and most importantly, William and they were allies.

William thought that perhaps he could talk to the old woman; maybe she really didn't know? Although he wasn't sure about this idea himself, he wouldn't easily turn against his allies.

Watching William, who was serious and deep in thought, Bryan, Sam, and Lenore in front of the computer all became nervous. They were truly afraid that William would abandon them out of consideration for the St. Clair family.

Fortunately, William was a good actor. The situation was unclear, so he didn't need to, and wouldn't, tell Bryan about his relationship with the St. Clair family.

William said seriously, "Buddy, are your connections in the American intelligence agency really that reliable? I know that in your current situation, you won't care who stands in your way of finding your daughter. I will also help you find Ginny, but when it involves a royal descendant family with a heritage of several hundred years, we have to consider what happens after Ginny is rescued."

"Understood, God, thank you so much, William. Don't worry, I promise I will mobilize all my connections to erase any evidence of your presence in France. I promise no one but us will know you did this. I swear on Ginny's honor," Bryan solemnly promised.

Seeing Bryan swear on his daughter, William nodded. "Then what do we do with this guy?"

"He's useless now, William," Bryan said coldly.

"Okay, I understand. Then I'll go find that unlucky Patrice St. Clair. These people really shouldn't have provoked you, Bryan. I never thought a father's wrath could burn down the whole world. I wonder what I'll be like if something happens to my child in the future," William said with a smile to Bryan on the laptop.

Bryan chuckled and said, "Perhaps you'll destroy the entire universe."

William burst into laughter when he heard that. "Alright, Bryan, I have to go now. I'll bring you good news. Bye-bye, Sam, Lenore."

"God bless us, thank you very much, William," Lenore said.

"Bye-bye, William."

William waved and nodded at the three of them, then closed his laptop. In front of Marco, he put the laptop into his storage space. William couldn't let Marco live now, but he wasn't cruel enough to really electrocute Marco. He took out a Glock 17, shot Marco in the head, and Marco fell to the ground.

He didn't tell Bryan the truth just to gain more gratitude from Bryan after safely rescuing Ginny. However, if Patrice Saint-Clair was really connected to the Saint-Clair family, then things would be much simpler.

The reason he was so diligently looking for Ginny was partly because there was no danger in this matter. If he felt there was danger, William would definitely run immediately.

On the other hand, it was for future planning. After all, he didn't have any impressive connections in the US. With a life-saving friendship, it would be easier to ask Bryan for private favors and deal with officials in the future.
