It's been 3 days since the fight between Matthias and Dieter.
They haven't found Matthias yet, and the royal family is very worried. Even Darcy, who has gone to the forest hundreds of times to search for Matthias but still hasn't found him. Darcy was always by Mathias's side when he was only 1 year old. Darcy was still a teenager then and chose to work as a royal driver while also looking after Matthias at the manor. So he knew exactly how Matthias was and where he usually went when he needed a time to calm himself down. But when Darcy went there, Matthias wasn't there.
Darcy thought of something, a witch named Nephadena or Nephada who lived on a mountain, Stragivane, near Costa Strageva. She can find someone's location using her magical crystal ball. It was Nephada who also helped seal Matthias's demonic power.
Selena was at school when she saw Alice leaving in a hurry with Darcy and some others, including her friends who were trying to calm her down.
Selena hesitated, but finally, she went over to Alice. "Where are you going, Alice?"
Alice was surprised by Selena's presence. "I want to go find Matthias....."
"He still hasn't been found? It's been 3 days..." Selena said.
"Yes, he didn't even call me at all, his number is not active." Alice said with a sad expression.
Selena felt very sorry for Alice, especially since Alice and Matthias were always together. "Can i go with you? Maybe i can help you a little." Selena said
"You want to go? But Matthias is always mean to you." Alice looks surprised.
"Yes, i know, but you're my friend, so i want to come along to help you." Selena said.
"Alright, then, is it okay that you're not attending class?" Asked Alice.
"Yes, it's okay, i only have 1 class left." Selena said.
Alice and Selena sat in the passenger seats, and Darcy was driving. They were in a different car from Mathias's parents, and they were traveling for a few hours.
"We're going to the mountains?" Asked Selena. She didn't know where they were going. She thought they were going somewhere to look for Matthias.
"We're going to the mountains, there's a small village there, mostly inhabited by witches and wizards. We know one of the female witches named Nephada. We want to ask for her help in finding Matthias. She has a magical crystal ball that can locate someone no matter where they are, even in the depths of the sea." Darcy said while driving the car.
Selena nodded in understanding, "Oh, so that's how it is. I understand now."
They arrived at the yard of the house, the house was made of wood but it was very nice, even the inside of the house was very tidy. The witch named Nephada came to greet them and invited them in. Nephada had shiny white hair and bright blue eyes.
"We want to find out where Matthias is. He's been missing for several days." Heinrich said.
"What happened? How can that is happened?" Asked Nephada.
"Matthias was fighting with a werewolf. He using his demon power to attacking the werewolf. and they both gone missing now, it's been 3 days." Darcy said.
Alice and Selena were very surprised. Especially Alice, since she didn't know all this time that Matthias was half-demon.
"Demon? What do you mean?" Asked Alice. She looks really shocked and confused.
Heinrich, Cathrine, and Darcy looked at Alice. They understood why Alice was so shocked.
Catherine rubbed Alice's back, trying to calm her down. "Yes, Matthias is half-demon. He's part of our family. The second child will be sacrificed because in the past, King Matteo allied with demons so that the country of Vienstorian could escape difficult times and become a developed nation." Matthias is not a bad person, he is a victim. We tried everything to save Matthias from death, but the consequence was that he had to sacrifice many people and Matthias became half-demon." Catherine said, trying to explain it to Alice.
Tears streamed down Alice's cheeks. "But why didn't Matthias tell me? Doesn't he trust me enough to tell me about that?"
"Matthias is just afraid you'll leave him when you find out he's not entirely human." Catherine said.
"So Matthias doubts my love for him." Alice said.
"No, it's not like that. Matthias loves you very much, he's just afraid you'll leave him." Catherine said.
Alice just remained silent and nodded.
Nephada did something to the crystal ball, and soon the ball emitted a beam of light, and there was Matthias's face. He was in the middle of a forest far from the forest at the academy forest, it was the forest on Drakeova Island.
When Victor came and helped Dieter escape, Mattias had already guessed that Victor would definitely take Dieter to that island.
