It's been three days since I got reincarnated into this strange, yet oddly familiar world.
Back in my old life, I was just an ordinary college student. Nothing special—just drifting through time, dragging myself from lecture halls to late-night convenience stores. Then one night, while crossing the street, fate decided to play its cruel trick. A truck's headlights blinded me and—kaboom—that was the end pretty cliche right ,well what you can do about it
When I opened my eyes again, I was no longer a college student but a ten-year-old kid in Japan. My new name? Sato Kenzo.
Well I don't had any much attachment with my past life life anyway
my parents had died in a tragic accidentwhen i was three so i only have vague memories about them , and I was left in the care of my father's friend my testamentary guardian till school over ,so yes I was pretty much alone .
So after knowing my past life you all should be interesting about my new life right?
So here's the reveal—this wasn't just any Japan. The world I had landed in was none other than… the world of Doraemon.
So now you ask ,How did I figure that out? Simple. I was sitting in the same classroom as the legendary troublemaker himself, Nobita Nobi. Not only that, but Gian and Suneo were already loud enough to confirm my suspicions.
"Sato Kenzo!" the teacher barked, snapping me out of my thoughts.
"P-Present, sir!" I stood up quickly.
The teacher frowned. "Quit daydreaming in the morning. Pay attention to class!"
"Yes, sir… I'll pay attention," I mumbled and sat down.
My name—Sato Kenzo—was plain, common, and forgettable. Just another Japanese name among thousands. Well my looks were somewhat above average: slightly above height, messy bangs covering my forehead. Nothing about me stood out much but I think I will look better if I change my hairstyle and with a change of clothes
But being average didn't matter anymore. Because this world was far from average.
"Looks like Nobita's late again," Someone sneered from the front row, his fox-like grin shining.
"Fwahaha! Usual for him! He'll be standing outside again!" another bellowed, laughing like a wrestling champion.
"Quiet, Suneo and Gian!" the teacher scolded. "We're starting with maths!"
I sighed. Yep. This is it. Gian and Suneo—the infamous duo. I've really landed in Doraemon's world.
Just then, the teacher called my name again. "Kenzo! Solve this question." He scribbled something on the blackboard:
5x + 10y = 10
I blinked. "Sir, do you want the possible integer solutions? Then it can be (1, 1), (2, 0), (–1, 3)… there are multiple answers."
The teacher seemed taken aback by quick answer. He adjusted his glasses and coughed. "Well… correct. But pay attention, you can't just drift off and still expect to answer everything."
"Yes, sir. Sorry, it won't happen again."
I sat down. Maybe being a reincarnated college student had its perks.
But then—SLAM!
The classroom door burst open. A familiar voice echoed:
"Nobi Nobita! Present, sir!!"
The entire class erupted into laughter. Even I struggled to hold mine back. What an entrance.
And sure enough, a clumsy figure stumbled in, tripped over the step, and fell flat on the floor.
As I looked at him, I awazed how much real it is . This was the boy whose future held countless gadgets, wild adventures, and unbelievable destinies and unbelievable bad luck.
Nobita Nobi.
And me? Sato Kenzo. A unknown side character in his adventures , well let's see If I remains a side character .
"Nobitaaa!"
"Yes, sir…"
"When will you stop coming late? You're already in 5th standard! You are the most consistent student I've ever seen—for coming late!"
"Sorry, sir. I won't be late again," Nobita mumbled.
"You won't?" the teacher asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I'll try…" Nobita replied in a small voice.
"Sigh… just go to your seat. Today, I have an announcement to make."
As Nobita walked toward his seat, he stumbled and fell flat on the ground. The class burst into laughter. The trip, of course, was caused by none other than Gian and Suneo. Nobita hurriedly got up and sat down, his face red with embarrassment.
Sato watched the whole scene with a mix of nostalgia and amusement. "Truly, what an unlucky person… If you combined laziness, bad habits, and constant bad luck into one person—it would be Nobita."
A boy who never truly understood the meaning of hard work, always cover in negativity and yet everytime found himself on great adventures that can be envied by many but blessed with a heart of gold—one that able to take the risk to save the world, and his friends too.
Then all class went as usual and last class is again of maths
After teaching the class take a pause and
cleared his throat. "Class, tomorrow there will be a math test."
The room filled with groans, except from Dekisugi, who was, as always, confident in every subject.
"Silence!" the teacher barked. "And Nobita, Gian—if you don't pass this exam, I'll personally visit your homes to speak with your parents."
"Sir, don't put me in the same category as Gian!" Nobita blurted.
"What are you implying, Nobita?!" Gian snapped angrily.
"N-Nothing!" Nobita stammered quickly.
The classroom filled with sighs and complaints as the teacher gathered his books.
"Alright, class. That's it for today. Study well, and let's meet tomorrow for the test."
The bell rang, and everyone dashed out eagerly. Nobita dragged his feet, already imagining how terrible tomorrow would be. Gian cracked his knuckles with a grin, Suneo laughed at some joke only he found funny, and Shizuka quietly packed her bag with a smile.
Nobita slumped and muttered, "Ugh… why does tomorrow even exist?"
And with that, the school day finally came to an end—leaving Nobita's next disaster just one sleep away.
