Moto woke up in a hospital, and right next to him was his friend Marco. Although he was in an entire hospital, he didn't feel any damage. He got up and looked around, then a nurse walked in and dropped her clipboard and ran out. Moto looked at her confused, and then she came back with a guy that had black hair and a suit. He looked at him for a minute but then realized that was his brother. "Hey, Moto I know it has been a long time since I left, but I am here to make things right.... But first let me explain what happened." Moto's brother looked down as he explained. "You two were found from a rotten corpse. An autopsy revealed you guys came out of its stomach when it died. Basically the corpse was a fusion of you two using Malik's sand. A sand that combines two bodies by using the energy around it because the arena was from hell; it was a hellish form."
Moto took all of this in very well; he didn't care his brother was back. "Yeah, I'm just glad you're back." Moto said, smiling. His brother nodded and talked about joining a new program where they studied this type of stuff. He was the lead of it and wanted him to join to make up for his absence. Then Marco woke up and looked around. "Damn, did that sand work?" He asked drowsing. He looked like a humanoid but had a fox head and fur. "Yeah, also take more rests; there is something going on with your face." Moto's brother said. "No, don't worry, this is just how I look when I'm drowsy. I'll be fine." Then Marco faded back to sleep.
"Hey, why not? I'll show you the foundation we are in, what I worked so hard on." Moto's brother took Moto by the hand and led him through the facility. The lobby was a circular shape and surrounded a big container that had a huge sun in it. "We found this sun drifting about. We found out it was a huge energy source, but there were recorded screams if you were close enough, but in the end we used it to power our facility." He then led him to where the researchers were.
"In this part, researchers are writing their findings on paper. Let me show you my best employee." Then Moto saw a scrawny-looking guy focused on the computer. He had one big spike sticking out of his nicely groomed hair. Also had beach clothes, although they were not even at a beach. "His name is Notokawi. He has a big fixation on the beach, always thinking we are on it, and he does still do very well, so we let him do what he wants." He then stopped and looked at Moto's brother. "Hey, Mr. Moto! Or should I say Nate?" Nate sighed. "I told you to call me by my business name. Also, this is my little brother." Moto waved. And so did Notokawi, but then he immediately got back to work. "He is also a bit distant; he does not talk to anyone besides me I guess it's because I was the one who got him out of poverty."
Moto nodded, and they explored the other places where people go out to find stuff, people who experiment, and for the last one, they went through two big doors. The entire lab floor was white, but these 2 big ones were red with gold outlining. Inside was a massive church. Moto's eyes widened. "I also worked on this. I know you said you always wanted to be a scholar. I am, and I run this church, and I can teach you so you can too." Moto nodded in excitement.
"This is a dream," Nate nodded. "Yeah, I'll let you explore around. I am going to do something else." Nate walked away, and Moto explored the entire place that day.
