Chapter 14 - Fierce vs Fury

The plateau still stank of blood and smoke from Drum's fight, but Serena stepped forward anyway, her single remaining eye burning with hatred. Her face was twisted, her lips pulled into a snarl as she raised her broken staff with shaking hands.

"You'll pay for this," she hissed. "For my eye, for my pride… I'll burn all of you to ash!"

Yelena padded forward, her claws sparking with arcs of lightning, frost curling from her breath. She glanced back at me once, her golden eyes gleaming.

"Master," she growled, her tail lashing. "I'll make this quick. She doesn't deserve to suffer as much as Drum gave her friend."

Serena's eye widened. "You—!"

The battle ignited in a storm of elements.

Serena's magic roared to life, fireballs streaking across the sky, walls of earth erupting from the ground, shadows swirling in thick, choking waves. She poured every ounce of fury into her spells, the plateau shuddering under the sheer force of her mana.

But Yelena was faster.

Her body blurred, dodging each spell with fluid grace. Lightning rippled along her claws as she slashed through the fireballs, scattering them into harmless embers. Ice spread from her feet, freezing Serena's shadows solid before they could engulf her.

Serena's defenses crumbled one by one.

"Damn you—!" she screamed, raising a barrier of rock.

Yelena slammed her fist forward, raw strength crackling with lightning. The barrier shattered into shards, the force alone knocking Serena back.

Her eye widened in disbelief. "You… you shouldn't be this strong—"

"I'm Fenrir," Yelena snarled, her voice dripping with feral hunger. "And you hurt my Master."

With a roar, Yelena lunged.

Serena raised her staff in desperation, pouring her mana into one final spell. But Yelena's claws ripped through the wood like parchment, atomizing it into splinters. The mage stumbled, defenseless.

Yelena pounced.

Her claws tore through Serena's arms, severing them in fountains of blood. The mage's scream echoed across the plateau, high-pitched and raw. Before she could collapse, Yelena's fangs sank into her waist, ripping a massive chunk of flesh free.

Serena fell to her knees, choking, sobbing. "N-no—please—"

But Yelena's eyes gleamed with something darker.

She didn't stop.

I froze in horror as Yelena bent down and sank her teeth into Serena's side. Her jaws crushed flesh and bone with ease, tearing chunks free as she chewed.

Serena shrieked, her single eye bulging in terror, her legs kicking helplessly against the dirt.

Yelena tore into her again. And again.

Blood streamed down her chin as she swallowed, her tail wagging frantically like an excited pup. She growled between bites, feral and ecstatic, savoring every scream.

I had forgotten. Around me, she acted like a needy puppy—clingy, affectionate, desperate for my touch. But she was still a Fenrir. A predator feared across continents.

And Serena… Serena was her prey.

Her screams grew weaker, her body twitching as Yelena's fangs ripped her apart piece by piece. By the time it ended, there was nothing left but scraps of muscle, shredded skin, and a pile of bones slick with blood.

The plateau fell silent, save for Yelena's heavy panting.

She turned to me, her muzzle dripping crimson, her eyes glowing with triumph. Her tail wagged as she padded toward me, her bloody grin wide.

"Master…" she whimpered, pressing against me, smearing blood across my tunic. "Did you see? I killed her for you. I ate her for you. Praise me, please… please call me your good girl."

I wiped the blood from her mouth with trembling hands, trying to make the scene less horrific. "Yelena… don't be such a messy eater."

Her ears drooped instantly, her golden eyes dimming with guilt.

And I caved.

"You're… my good girl."

Her body jolted. Her ears shot up. Her eyes blazed with joy.

She let out a delighted whine and pounced on me, knocking me flat. Her tongue assaulted my face in a flurry of sloppy kisses, her tail wagging so hard it thumped against the ground like a drumbeat.

"Master called me his good girl! I love you, I love you so much!" she cried, hugging my head deep into her cleavage. Her breasts smothered me, soft and suffocating, her warmth pressing against every inch of me.

"I'll never leave you," she whispered between kisses. "Never. I'll always adore you. Always be your good girl."

I gasped for breath as Yelena clung to me, blood still dripping down her chin.

Across the plateau, Hadrick's face twisted into fury.

Two of his party members were dead. Two women he had once controlled, relied on, used. Now they were gone, ripped apart in front of him. And in their place were three beast women, fawning over me—the man he once called trash.

His rage boiled over, his sword trembling in his grip.

"Enough!" he roared. "I'll cut you down myself, you worthless bastard! And your beasts too!"

But before he could step forward, Katie's vines curled up from the ground, her pink eyes glowing with quiet malice.

"No," she said softly. "You've hurt Master enough."

She stepped onto the field, her smile sweet and motherly, her aura suffocating with power.

"I'll end this for him."
