Lynn's face twisted into an almost uncomfortable smile as I sat opposite him and another alpha.
But Lynn was professional enough not to let it get to him and just laughed it all off.
"So, Hunter Lynn, what brings you here? I thought you would be all busy with the new dungeon."
Emma asked with a curious tone as she brought out tea to serve our guest. Lynn took the tea and sipped it before he put the cup down.
His eyes immediately found mine and I felt myself stiffen under that familiar look. I tried to discreetly look away, but it was of no use.
"Ah, I am here because of that dungeon as well. I wanted to ask Kyle for help regarding that dungeon. I know I am asking too much from him, but I don't want more people getting hurt because of it."
The alpha's words sounded nice on the outside, but I could tell that he was secretly trying to pressure me to agree with him.
