Meanwhile, the group — Louis, Lisa, and John — were searching for Luna and Max. No matter how many times they tried, they still couldn't find them.
"I'm so worried… where could they be?" Lisa said anxiously.
"First we couldn't find Max, and now we've lost Luna too," John muttered.
"I just hope they're alright," Louis said.
"I don't even know what's going on anymore," Lisa sighed.
"Don't worry, Lisa. I'm sure we'll find them," John reassured her.
"Yep, John's right," Louis added.
"I hope you guys are right," Lisa said softly.
Then, the three of them began searching for their missing friends again.

Meanwhile, Luka and Louis were walking quietly through the jungle. Luka looked like he was about to snap at the whole situation.
"Hey, Luka, try to calm down, please."
"I am calm," Luka replied sharply.
"But you don't look calm."
"No, no, I'm calm. I'm just a little annoyed by this whole situation," Luka said through clenched teeth.
"Hey, I told you, everything's gonna be okay," Louis said lightly.
"You and your baseless assumptions," Luka grumbled irritably.
"Hey, my assumptions are sometimes right, you know," Louis said, half-smiling.
"So tell me, Louis — did we find anyone? Because you said if we split up, we'd find everyone faster."
"No… but I'm sure we will," Louis replied confidently.
Luka glared at him and sighed. He thought to himself that it was his own fault for agreeing to split up — and his biggest regret was coming to this party in the first place.
Then suddenly, he heard something. A voice. One he clearly recognized — it was Luna's voice.
"Hey, Louis, I think I just heard Luna!" Luka said.
"But I didn't hear anything," Louis replied.
"Just listen quietly," Luka said.
Louis focused — and then he heard it too.
"Yeah, you're right, that's Luna! Come on, Luka, let's go find her!"
But Luka hesitated. "Louis, we heard voices earlier too. What if it's not actually Luna?"
"I don't know," Louis said, "but we won't know for sure unless we see for ourselves. And what if it is her?"
"Fine. Let's go," Luka said reluctantly.
Both of them ran toward the direction where the voice came from.

Meanwhile, Anna and Max were sitting on the ground, quietly watching the night sky. For about ten minutes, neither of them spoke.
After a while, Max said, "Hey, Anna, are you ready to search again?"
Anna hesitated. She didn't want to keep walking through this dark jungle.
"I'm not so sure, Max," she said softly.
"Hey, Anna, we can't just sit here. What if a wild animal comes while we're sitting around?" Max said.
"I don't know, Max. Should I be more afraid of wild animals… or ghosts?" Anna replied nervously.
"But Anna, we can't stay here forever. We have to find our friends and leave this jungle as soon as possible."
Anna thought to herself, 'He's right. I can't just sit here forever. I have to find them and get out of this place.'
She sighed, stood up, and said, "Let's go find them."
Max smiled and stood up too. "Yeah, let's go."
Together, they walked deeper into the jungle once more.

Meanwhile, John and Luna were walking quietly through the jungle. John couldn't shake off the uneasy feeling that something bad was going to happen, but he stayed silent.
"Hey, John, are you okay?" Luna asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Why do you ask?"
"Because you look… distant."
"No, really, I'm okay, Luna."
"Like I said before, don't worry. We'll find Louis and her parents."
"I hope you're right," John said, sighing.
They continued walking in silence, until Luna suddenly asked, "Hey, John, can I ask you something?"
"Go ahead," John said.
"How did you find Lisa?"
John glanced at her. "Why do you want to know?"
"I'm just curious," Luna said casually.
John sighed. "Alright, I'll tell you…"
Luna listened carefully — but before John could begin his story, they heard something. A scream. It was so loud it echoed through the jungle. But it was familiar.
"Where did that come from?" Luna asked.
"Don't you think that sounded familiar?" John said.
"Now that you mention it… that sounded like Louis!"
"Maybe he's nearby — and sounds like he's in trouble! Let's go, Luna!"
"Yeah, let's go!"
They both ran in the direction of the scream.

Meanwhile, Lisa, Max, and Stephanie were running toward the voices that sounded like Stephanie's parents — but no matter how far they ran, they couldn't find anyone.
"Where are they? The voices sounded so close," Max said, panting.
"Yeah, and it feels like we've been running for minutes, but we haven't seen anyone. I'm so tired," Anna said, stopping to catch her breath.
Max stopped too. "Maybe we're late… maybe they went the other way."
"So… we can't find Mom and Dad?" Stephanie asked sadly.
"No, Stephanie. We'll find them, don't worry," Lisa said firmly.
"She's right," Max added. "We just have to look a little longer. We'll find your parents."
"Okay," Stephanie said softly.
"Hey, Lisa, let's go. Maybe they're not far. We'll find them soon," Max said while gently placing Stephanie down from his arms.
Lisa nodded. "Alright."
The three of them started walking again through the dark jungle — hoping that Stephanie's parents hadn't gone too far.

Luna, on the other hand, was running desperately through the jungle. Her face was pale, and she kept glancing behind her as if terrified that something — or someone — was following her.
She reached a tree and stopped, completely exhausted and gasping for air.
"I need to rest… but I have to keep moving before they find me. I don't want to go back with them."
She leaned against the tree, breathing hard. When she closed her eyes, flashes of what she'd seen when the lights flickered came back to her mind — and she wished she would never see them again.
