"Why don't I try?" Robert offered, taking the pill from Lucas and sat close to her.
"Emilia, here," he persuade gently, but she still didn't take it.
Instead, her eyes fluttered open, and she stared intensely at him.
Robert froze, choking on his words.
"Mother," she suddenly cried.
"What?"
"What?"
Both men stared at her stupefied.
"Mom," she called again, reaching out to hold his hand.
Robert pull back fast, startled and turned to Lucas.
Nervously, he moved forward.
"I will try," he said, getting the bottle from him and came to her.
"Emilia, can you hear me?" he called.
"You have to take this so you can feel better."
"Father…" she whispered, reaching out weakly for him.
Robert stifled a laugh, but Lucas shot him a glare.
"Emilia," Lucas tried again.
But she wasn't responding, her eyes widens now, unfocused as she muttered in a haze.
"Father, mother,"
Lucas sighed, holding her hand as she wanted.
