Chapter 118 - YGS [118]

Luya only meant to tease Yun Jin lightly, setting a playful tone as the conversation began—yet unexpectedly, Hu Tao grew flustered.

Luya chuckled. "Hall Master Hu… why so anxious? Did something happen~?"

Hu Tao realized her brief lapse in composure. "Ah—n-no, nothing, hehe~ So, what business are you two discussing?"

Luya explained, "Boss Yun wants to affiliate the Yun-Han Opera Troupe with the [Duel Monsters Specialty Shop]. She'll give me half of the daily profits. We just signed the contract—it's official now."

After listening, Hu Tao finally understood. The teasing "wife" comment Luya made to Yun Jin had been cut short by her interruption.

When Luya asked Yun Jin when she'd move in, she replied at once:

"Once you've cleared some space and the stage is built. This kind of thing can't be rushed—it takes time~"

Hearing that, Luya nodded and silently activated the [Shop Renovation] function. Without adding new facilities, he could freely adjust layouts, reposition walls, or build partitions within the shop.

Luya asked Yun Jin, "How big should the stage be?"

Yun Jin smiled. "Length 600 inches, width 300, height 180. That way, the performers have enough room, and the audience gets a full view."

Luya quickly did the conversion in his head—it would be roughly 20 meters long, 10 meters wide, and 6 meters high, about 200 square meters in total.

He immediately complied with Yun Jin's request.

With a point of his right hand, a deep rumble sounded behind Yun Jin. The ground began to rise—one meter, two, three…

"Whoa!!!"

"What's going on—is this an earthquake?!"

"No, it's the shopkeeper again!"

"The floor's lifting—and stairs are forming?!"

"Wait—it looks like a stage?!"

"This is insane!!"

The nearby customers, mid-conversation, fell silent in awe as the stage rose from the ground. Voices of astonishment echoed through the shop, drawing everyone's attention to the newly formed opera stage.

"This kind of creation out of thin air—is he a god or something?!"

"Could he be the Geo Archon himself… Morax?!"

"No way…"

"If you're guessing that, you might as well say Zhongli is Morax!"

"Well, Zhongli hasn't aged a day in centuries…

"True, the shopkeeper only appeared recently in Liyue."

Still, watching Luya conjure a stage from the floor left the crowd stunned. Some even whispered theories that he was the Geo Archon in disguise.

"Well, someone who made Duel Monsters real could probably build a stage too, right?"

"When you put it like that, it makes sense."

"And Boss Yun's here too—so this must be for her!"

"Hahaha, don't you know? The Yun-Han Opera Troupe is officially affiliated with this shop now!"

"What?!"

"That's huge news!"

"I was just wondering whether to spend my next day off seeing an opera or dueling cards."

"Well now—you can do both here!"

Amidst the chatter, a full 200-square-meter stage rose from the floor.

Yun Jin stared, dumbfounded. "This… what just happened?! The stage—it really just emerged from the ground?"

Seeing the structure complete in an instant left her speechless. She'd expected it to take at least three or four days to build, yet in a blink—it was done.

Still dazed, she heard Luya laugh. "Hahaha, don't be too surprised Basic operation The stage is ready. Once you're prepared, you can bring your troupe anytime."

"Though… I'm still not quite satisfied with it yet. In time, I'll make it even better. When that happens, Miss Yun Jin, I'll be counting on you to inspect it~"

Luya was already planning to enhance the stage with 3D projection effects—scenes from Yun Jin's lyrics would be displayed as she sang. These were basic system features he'd never had reason to use until now. With Yun Jin's arrival, they finally had a purpose.

Her performances would become more breathtaking than ever. Being able to see the stories as they were sung would elevate the experience far beyond sound alone. The audience would love it.

Yun Jin, hearing Luya's promise, was thrilled with anticipation for the upgraded stage.

Meanwhile, more customers learned that the Yun-Han Opera Troupe had officially joined the shop. Everyone was eager to see Yun Jin's operas performed here.

"Too bad there's plenty of entertainment, but no food!"

"The nearby restaurants aren't that great!"

"The snacks here are fine, but they're not enough."

"If only the shopkeeper could bring Xiangling over to cook, haha!"

"Still, even if Xiangling came, there's no way she could handle cooking for this many people alone!"

Listening to the customers' chatter, Luya wasn't surprised. As the shop grew larger and more popular, food was becoming a real issue. When business was smaller, it hadn't been noticeable—yet now his shop was the most popular spot in Liyue Harbor.

This problem had to be addressed, and Luya needed to seize the momentum.

Fortunately, once today's settlement was complete, he could finally upgrade [Divine Hand] to Level 10. Then he could manifest Ritual Spell Cards related to the [Nouvelles] archetype and summon their chef monsters!

With that, the shop's cuisine would become the most innovative in all Teyvat.

And of course, it would earn even more Mora, expand the shop, attract more customers, and spread Duel Monsters further.

All to gather resources for Luya's ultimate goal: to popularize Yu-Gi-Oh! across Teyvat—and open the gates to Blue Star and other worlds beyond!

Thinking of this, Luya could hardly wait for closing time—to enter the settlement phase and raise [Divine Hand] to Level 10!
