On the sound of thunder everyone woke up, Mitskaki first thought was Satasha. He ran toward her room, tried to open it but it was locked. Settsu and Hiro came to her room as well. Mitskaki kicked the door so hard that it broke into two pieces, his fear was in it place, Satasha was gone. Settsu and Hiro were shocked and couldn't believe their eyes. How come they entered here, then Settsu asked "I don't see Yama among us"
Mitskaki turned around and saw only Settsu and Hiro is present, he furiously said "Go and check his room"
Settsu went and in few minutes he returned "His room is empty, he even took his clothes with him"
Mitskaki was so furious that he punched the wall hard enough to make e a hole in it, he shouted "Search EVERYWHERE for him, search THE HELL if you had to"
Hiro calmly trying to avoid being shouted at "What about Satasha?!"
Mitskaki was breathing heavily due to his rage, he tried to calm himself down before he do something he'd regret later, answered after few minutes "I will go to Olympia once the sun is high in the sky. Use this time to track Yama down if he didn't come quietly, drag him with force"
Settsu and Hiro were hesitated about the idea of using force but they had no choice if he attacked them, they both got dressed and went out looking for him. Mitskaki sat on her bed feeling betrayed by his son, angry about his deed, and sad for Satasha"That bastard" he cried. Sayuri came in the room leaning on the wall and entered to see the door broken, a hole in the wall, Mitskaki hand was bleeding, and opened window with no trace of Satasha. She was panicking and asked in trembling voice "Who took my baby away from me?! WHO?!"
Mitskaki looked at her with teary eyes, he didn't want to tell her but she must know. Her favorite child sold her least favorite child to death.
She asked again frightened by the answer "Who?!"
Mitskaki with choked voice "Yamamitsuki. He took her to Olympia"
Sayuri was petrified as if a lightning stroke her, she couldn't believe her ears. She felt as if she was having a heart attack and fell on her knees saying "Don't lie to me, tell me who did it?!"
Mitskaki looked away not wanting to face reality "I had never lied to you!"
She felt as if her soul had left her body and began to breath heavily, then fell on the floor unconscious. Mitskaki ran to pick her up, he took her to their room and called Yuri to check on her.
Meanwhile, Settsu and Hiro separated to search for him. They had instinct that he was with Susan, so they decided to search where they usually met in her home town. (Susan is from the priests tribe where they live in the mountains, she was abandoned by her real family from the red fox tribe because of some conflict about who is the real father of her. She was raised to be servant of the temple, then she and Yama had met when he was only fifteen, they fell in love with each other. When Yama had turned nineteen the year before he asked his father to marry her but his father refused. Susan was claimed again by her real family from the red fox tribe, her father apparently is the general of the tribe's army. She was sent there as a prisoner and lived in a dungeon for a whole year. Yama blamed his father for this, when he was about to set her free Mitskaki interfered and stoped him. He had forbidden him from seeing her again and she was sent to the Goblins to be a slave for their tribe leader).
When Hiro arrived to the priest's tribe he didn't find anything. Settsu went to red fox tribe and found nothing, Settsu went to Goblin's tribe since he is allowed to go there but he found that she was freed by two Greek men and they set off to the human's country. Hiro went to white fox tribe and found no trace of them. When the sunrise had arrived they met in the human's country where they started to search for them, with no avail they didn't find them. When they were about losing hope a man told them that a guy who looked like them had rented a house in the west out of this country boarders. They immediately went there and found the house, but when they had entered the house they found Susan dead on the floor. They starved to death and was nothing but a skeleton. Hiro brought a blanket to covered her while Settsu went to look for Yama, he search the house but found nothing. Then he went in the back yard of the house, he saw a tree and a man hanging from it. Settsu went immediately to cut the rope and yelled "Hiro" and Hiro came running. He found Yamamitsuki had hang himself and Settsu cutting the rope. Settsu and Hiro panicked, Hiro checked on his pulse and saw that he is still alive, with his powers he healed Yama and he started to breath again. Settsu fell on his knees out of relief and Hiro sighed. Yama said amid of sobbing "Why didn't you left me to die ?!"
Hiro "Because you will die as a coward. Let's take you to father"
Hiro and Settsu helped him standing up and walked. The sun had rose and it was high in the sky, they made a port gate to the palace. They all walked through it and went straight to the throne room were Mitskaki was sitting fully dressed and ready to leave to Olympia.
He saw Hiro and Settsu helping him to walk and the signs of rope around his neck but that didn't made Mitskaki feel sorry for him he signed Settsu and Hiro to leave him standing on his feet, they did as they were told.
Mitskaki came walking angrily toward Yama and slapped him really hard that he fell on the ground "You filthy coward, to whom you sold your sister?! ANSWER ME!"
Yama coughed and said "You know very well"
Mitskaki was furious he said "Get up! GET UP !!"
Yama got up hardly on his feet, Mitskaki grabbed his clothes to make him get up by force asking "Why did you do it ?! Huh, TELL ME WHY ?!"
Yama "Because I wanted you to feel the pain that I am feeling right now!"
Mitskaki "What now?!"
Yama emotionally " You knew that I LOVED HER , she is DEAD because of YOU. You are a monster !"
Mitskaki angrily "You sold your sister for your dead girlfriend?! YOU ARE THE MONSTER NOT ME MISTER, I would NEVER do that. You are a DISGRACE! GET OUT OF MY SIGHT !"
He punched him hardly on his stomach that blood came from his mouth, Mitskaki walked toward the throne and brought back his sword. Hiro and Settsu who were standing on either side of them came hurrying to stop their father from making a mistake, but Mitskaki ordered "You two stay out of this"
They both stepped back a bit but cautiously following their father.
Mitskaki "You have two choices, either to be executed or to be exiled!"
Yama sat on his knees lowering his head and said "I prefer death"
Mitskaki I know that you will choose this"
Yama closed his eyes thinking about Susan, Mitskaki lifted the sword to execute Yama. Settsu and Hiro were making their move but Mitskaki dropped the sword in front of Yama saying "You will live in the exile, far away from my sight as a coward. You will be remembered as a coward who sold his sister to save his skin and you will live in shame for the rest of your miserable life thinking about what you had done. That is your punishment" he turned toward Settsu and Hiro and ordered "Lock him up in the dungeon"
He walked to the garden where he made a port gate to Olympia. Yama was still sitting on the floor said after Mitskaki left "Can one of you please bury her" Hiro and Settsu looked at one another then Hiro said "Yeah we will now get up" and helped him to walk toward the dungeon, Settsu went to bring Yuri to heal his wounds.
Mitskaki was now in Olympia, he marched toward the palace ready to fight anyone who stands in his way. When he arrived two soldiers were waiting for him, they escorted him to Zeus's office where he was sitting there reading something and drinking tea. When he saw Mitskaki he said "Ahh! Old friend, changed your mind?!"
Mitskaki demanded "Where is Satasha?!"
Zeus "Who?!"
Mitskaki reaching the limit of his patience "Where is my daughter?!"
Zeus calmly"I saw no daughter of yours. Are you sure she came here?!"
Mitskaki angrily "Cut the crap and bring my daughter to me NOW!"
Zeus trying to provoke him "Calm down old man or your arteries explode. Sit down and drink tea you might feel better!"
Mitskaki "I will feel better when I see my daughter, bring her now"
Zeus faking his empathy "Unfortunately I don't know what you are talking about, I took no child of yours, you simply gave it to me remember!"
Mitskaki "I wouldn't do such a thing where is she bring her here or I swear to god that I will turn this place into ashes"
Zeus shrugged falsely to sham him for being scary "Easy big guy, easy. We don't want to stir any problem here. Guards, bring her here !" .
The guards came back few minutes later with the girl. Satasha came in the room, she looked terrified and walking unwillingly to the office.
Mitskaki saw the fear in her eyes but something was different about her he couldn't tell what was it, he gently asked "Sasa darling, are you okay?!" He came closer to her but she stepped back. Mitskaki was confused he turned to Zeus and asked "What did you do to her?"
Zeus innocently "I did nothing, I didn't touch your daughter she came in this way"
Mitskaki angrily "Liar! What did you do to her?"
Zeus smiled coldly and asked Satasha "Kiddo ! Do you know this man?!"
Satasha looked at Mitskaki and shook her head, Mitskaki was stunned. He walked toward her and she stepped back, he asked gently "Satasha it's me your father, do you remember me?"
Satasha gazed vaguely at Mitskaki then asked "Who is Satasha?! Do I know you mister?!"
Mitskaki was petrified, Zeus started to laugh coldly.
Mitskaki looked furiously at him "You will regret the moment you stepped in my palace!"
Zeus eagerly "Come on nephew. Your son did this to her not me, I only wanted to train her how to use her powers but your son wanted revenge. Your family seems after all not a happy one"
Mitskaki angrily "She will go back to home where she belong, With me !"
Zeus "Come on Mitskaki, I am only speaking about few years of training. You can have her back when she learned how to use her powers properly!"
Mitskaki "No she is coming back with me!"
He grabbed her arm but she showed resistance, Mitskaki let go of her arm, she ran toward Zeus and hid behind him.
Zeus coldly "You see nephew, she wants to stay here with me because you had scared her. Now please go without making big fuss about it, I promise you to send her from time to time to your palace so she can restore her lost memories!"
Mitskaki "And you think that I will leave her in your custody?! She is my daughter and she is only a kid"
He marched toward her and grabbed her arm by force, Satasha started to scream and show resistance. Perseus came in the office and saw that Mitskaki was trying to take Satasha away by force, he said urgently "My lord please let her go , you are hurting and scaring her"
But Mitskaki who had enough of this said angrily "Stop it Satasha, I am your father and I will take you home!"
Satasha started to cry she was struggling to be released from his grip, she said a mid of sob "Please let me go mister, I swear to you I don't know you. Please you are hurting me"
Mitskaki saw her tears pouring heavily from her eyes. He started to accept the fact that she doesn't remember him or anything, he released his grip and saw his hand marks on her arm and felt guilty. She ran toward Perseus and hid behind him covering her head in his clothes. Perseus gently patted her head "Don't worry my lord, I will take a good care of her, I will send her after two weeks to her mother" Zeus interrupted "And if she decided to stay with her mother she will stay with her. Don't worry nephew I won't hurt her "
Mitskaki was about to shed tears from what is happening to her, he thought 'Poor lad ! She must be scared from me!' He said "I will return after a week and see if she gets better" he turned toward Zeus and said in warning tone "And if I knew you harmed her physically or emotionally, we will have to prepare ourselves to a war!"
Zeus faked his smile and nodded, Mitskaki left the room and went outside the palace where he made a port gate back to home.
Once he was out of the port gate he walked furiously toward Yama's dungeon, when he reached there he saw Sayuri sitting with her son holding his hands. Once she saw Mitskaki she stood up angrily looking at him she said "He is your son, our son! How could you throw him in a dungeon without getting his wounds treated or without ordering someone to bring food to him? Look at him, he is in pain!"
Mitskaki coldly to Sayuri "Get out!"
Sayuri furiously "What?!"
Mitskaki "You heard me, Out !"
Sayuri "Don't speak with me like that, I am your wife !"
Mitskaki angrily "And I am the emperor. Now get out from here!"
Sayuri walked furiously out despite her illness she refused to lean on something to walk or getting help by someone, he touched her pride viciously. Mitskaki said once she was no longer around "Wasn't it enough to sell her but decided to erase her memories as well?!"
Yama confusedly "What? I did no such thing!"
Mitskaki losing his temper "DON'T LIE TO ME ?!"
Yama looked straight at him and said hatefully "I did not do it ! "
Mitskaki knows when someone is lying to him or not and Yama wasn't lying he was either telling the truth or he is a good liar. Mitskaki sighed and said "You can go to your room get what you need from clothes. I will provide you with money enough for you to buy a house and horse. You mustn't say good bye or talk to anyone. You will be stripped from all your titles and adjust your self as Yama when you introduce your self from now on. You can never return here or be buried in the royal cemetery unless you fulfill your debut to Satasha. Do you understand me?!"
Yama nodded .
Mitskaki "Go now! "
Yama got up and walked toward his room. Mitskaki walked slowly toward his office. When he reached it and opened the door he saw Sayuri waiting for him, he saw how much angry she was but he didn't care. Yama got what he deserved. He entered the office and closed the door then walked closer to her trying to finish this quickly so he can have time to be alone thinking about Satasha's fate "What do you want?!"
Sayuri slapped and said while tears falling from her eyes "How dare you disrespect me?! How could you do this to me , to Yama?! He is nineteen and blinded by love, he is just sad and angry. Why you have to be so cruel to him?!"
Mitskaki said nothing. He walked toward his chair and sat there looking coldly at her.
Sayuri angrily " WHY AREN'T YOU SPEAKING?!"
Mitskaki coldly "And why should I answer anything?!"
Sayuri couldn't believe him, how can he be this calm and cold while her blood is boiling?!, she frustratingly said "What is wrong with you?! He is your son or you don't consider him yours?"
Mitskaki "Yamamitsuki is my son as Satasha is my daughter! You ask me why I am cruel to him ?! Didn't you heard me earlier or you are pretending that he didn't do it because you favor him over her?!"
Sayuri defensively "I love her as you do but that isn't a way to treat Yama like this!"
Mitskaki "Do you ?!"
Sayuri "Do I what?!"
Mitskaki "Do you truly love her ?!"
Sayuri immediately "More than you do"
Mitskaki "Then why you act like she doesn't matter?!"
Sayuri was about to say something but Mitskaki continued "Why are you pretending that everything is a lie?! Or she escaped to Zeus and erase her own memories. Why are you so blinded by your love to Yama?! He isn't your only child remember!"
Sayuri said nothing, Mitskaki in suffocating tone "Do you realize that you will never get her back?! She doesn't remember anything not even me. She was scared from me and begged me to let her stay there because I was freaking her out! "
Sayuri looked at him and said "Yama would never do such a thing to his siblings!"
Mitskaki angrily "STOP DEFENDING HIM. He is no longer your son, he sold your unwanted daughter to Zeus just because he is stupid enough to believe that snake was in love with him. What did she ever do to deserve this?! She is your daughter for Gods sake so act like a mother!"
Sayuri eyes was flaming with anger , she couldn't bare to speak with him anymore, she stood up walked out the office and slammed the door behind her. Mitskaki sat there alone in his misery.
