Kakuzu strikes the ground, causing a huge earthquake, and some of the stones on the ceiling fall into the room.
"Shit! I need to keep him alive!" I shouted in concern and flew quickly to Hidan, who was trying to leave through the door.
I quickly grabbed him with my arms and began to fly with him around the giant white room, watching Kakuzu from afar.
"What are you doing, Itachi?!" Hidan was surprised to have been caught without consent, wondering why I did that.
"Hidan, here's the thing... I need a favor from you."
Hidan, with a serious face, listened attentively to the favor I asked of him... but there was one thing I needed to be aware of first.
"But I want you to forget what happened in that office without any intention of revenge, leave that for another time if you want." I emphasized this event so that he could focus on the present rather than mixing the feelings of fear and hatred he felt where we were.
"All right... I'll try."
Hidan agreed to do this favor, but before I could tell him what it was, Kakuzu started firing rockets at us from above, and I flew quickly to the floor of the giant room to throw Hidan to the other side without being hit.
"You're unbearable, Itachi." Kakuzu grumbled as he realized he was dodging all of his projectiles.
My way of dodging the projectiles was to get close to a wall and force my thrusters to fly to the other side until his guided missiles hit the wall because they didn't have enough response time to turn towards me.
"Hidan! Find a way to immobilize him from below, now!"
Hidan listened attentively, but Kakuzu intervened in our conversation and tried to manipulate him.
"What are you planning to do, Hidan? You are my subordinate! You don't have to obey your enemy who threatened to kill you!" Kakuzu exclaimed what had happened in that office so that he would deviate from the focus of the plan.
However, I remain silent without having to convince him... he himself needs to reflect on what I said to him twenty minutes ago before I came here to meet the Leader.
[POV: Before entering the Leader's room]
"You know, Hidan, you should change this behavior of yours of having to worship some god or supremacist boss... every time you tried to worship someone to the point of giving your life, you only ended up hurting yourself." I spoke to Hidan in the middle of the bridge, still wearing the Fyrefly mechanical armor on my body.
Hidan was thoughtful, remembering the day he was blown up by Shikamaru, where he ended up starving to death in a huge hole, with no way to make sacrifices to the god Jashin.
"And what will I really be if I don't have someone to worship?" Hidan asked me sincerely.
"You can worship your own image. Honestly, it's incredibly stupid to worship a god or people who don't care about your life if you lose it... appreciate that."
Advising the empty-headed Hidan, he gives a small smile that was once sadistic but has now turned into a determined smile.
"I'll think about it, Itachi."
He needed to remove this servitude from his heart and be independent by acquiring his own powers, and the first step towards that... is to decide what is best for his entire life.

"There is no good or evil, both have dirty convictions... I have no choice but you."
Hidan, while thinking about the two of us, picked up his scythe and began to coat its blade in a black color that shone like precious metal.
His weapon was different from before, as if it were more robust and stronger to pierce through any defense and body... a weapon technique.
Hidan looked at me and quickly waved for me to run to Kakuzu, and I understood the message he wanted to convey in 1 second.

Flying quickly to Kakuzu's back, he was confused by what was happening at the time... but after he was pierced by one of his mechanical feet, he understood Hidan's decision.
"This is the decision that has been made, isn't it..." Kakuzu muttered as he felt one of his feet being destroyed by the scythe blows.
However, his other foot was strong and steady, and so he delivered a surprise blow that I didn't expect, and Hidan was thrown away for not breaking both feet at once... believing that I would have distracted him completely.
"Gaaawrrr... Cough cough."
"Get up, Hidan! I need you!!"
Kakuzu quickly strikes me with his shield, and I easily dodge it by going over his head.

My thrusters are running out, and the armor will fall apart from its intense use and the time it's being used in battle... I need Hidan to immobilize him soon so I can do the rest!
"Hidan, wake up!!"
My intense scream hits Hidan's eardrums, waking him up from the powerful blow he took.
The blood in his mouth begins to flow easily, and his body was completely wounded by the blow he took... but he needed to do him a favor, because that way he wouldn't learn his lesson.
"Cough... shit, I need to run!"
Hidan's body quickly becomes covered in black, with many red rays coming out of his body to the point of catching Kakuzu's attention.
Hidan's speed was so fast that with one blow of his black-coated scythe and his body completely consumed by the black color... he cut off both his feet like a sword being wielded by a swift samurai.
