It had always been a wonder for Runalex on how a person could love someone to the extent that they are willing to go the extra mile-or even inflicting pain on others just to prove their love, and even devotion. With that thought in mind, she discovers "Loving Artemi" a game of sketchy origin with a cryptic dev. The game is a 3D simulation game that allows the players to play as Ruazin Xi, a male high school student that obsessed over Artemi. The main objective of the player is to eliminate the people that's vying for Artemi's attention.

Runalex, with her knack for completing something once she starts, played the game with a temperament of a madman to reach the ending. The results were unfortunate. Ruazin Xi always has this sensitive fulcrum that tests his decisions which results in killing spree, worn-out by successive failure-Runalex decided to sleep it off.

But the wonders in her mind were responded to when she woke up in the game. Possessing the body of an NPC. Transported in a world where time seems to be in a loop-with dreamlike environment that one would wish to live in once in their life. But, the pearl of the orient seas was not beneath her feet, and that scared her more than possessing an NPC's body in the game. With this, her beliefs are tested as someone of Filipino heritage used to a different norm, values and views.

Could her perseverance to maneuver out of the game come to a fruition?
