Chapter 6 - Chapter 6: Mo Yucheng — “Big Sis Stelle! Me Hungry, Food Please!”

"It's about time I figured out exactly what kind of world I've landed in."

Mo Yucheng pulled out his transmigration-issued phone. Before he could even unlock it, a familiar blue cyclopean avatar monopolized the entire screen.

At the same time, his phone battery icon started plummeting.

"Damn—this thing drains power that fast?!"

He'd known Fairy was a notorious battery hog, but this was on another level. A full charge wouldn't even last two minutes.

"Greetings, Master. The world's strongest Type-III Integrated General-Purpose AI, Fairy, at your service."

"Fairy, search the web for information that'll give me a quick overview of this world."

"Understood, Master. But before that, I must ask—why did you add the prefix 'Little' to my name?" Fairy's voice carried a trace of confusion, and a giant question mark appeared on the screen.

"Obviously to distinguish you from Rina's Fairy. Since I'll probably visit her world someday, having two Fairies would get confusing."

"Certainly, Master, your concern is logical. However, Fairy suggests a better solution: call me Fairy and refer to Rina's assistant as Little Fairy. After all, you are older than Rina, so as your subordinate, I should naturally outrank her Fairy."

Mo Yucheng: "…"

Yup. This was definitely an "F-bao." Even the AI was competitive.

"…Fine, I'll just call you F-bao then."

After all, he'd gotten her from Rina. Calling her "Little Fairy" would be backwards.

"F-bao accepts her Master's decision." Clearly, she was pleased with her new name.

"Good. Now get to work—before you kill my battery entirely." His phone was already down to half charge.

"Relax, Master. While we were talking, F-bao already finished compiling all available data. Commencing report."

"Today is February 20th, 2025. Current location: Shinzhou Special Administrative Region, Neon Prefecture…"

One minute later, Mo Yucheng had the gist of things.

This world seemed mundane, with no supernatural powers—or at least, none F-bao could detect.

But it did feature the Shinomiya family, the Suzuki family, the Yuuki family, the Chitanda family, and even the ludicrous Sanzen'in family.

Conclusion: a crossover anime world.

"Nice. A world like this is perfect for retirement life."

No superpowers meant no real strong enemies.

And without strong enemies, farming abstract points would be tricky.

His ability could earn some from ordinary people, but only a tiny bit at a time.

"With billions of people, sure, but my range isn't that wide… Still, good thing I've got the chat group. I can troll the multiverse's strongest instead."

He smiled brightly at the thought.

"But hey—mosquito legs are still meat. So…"

"You all here to take a dump?"

It was Monday morning—rush hour. The streets overflowed with commuters.

At his words, within a hundred-meter radius, faces paled. People clutched their rears in unison.

"N-not good! It's coming!"

"Why now of all times?!"

"Hold it, damn it, hold—"

"No! My hemorrhoids aren't healed yet!"

Pfft pfft pfft!

In seconds, the entire street reeked.

Mo Yucheng was ready. Before the human mortars fired, he'd teleported to a nearby rooftop using Herrscher of the Void powers.

[Ding! Action too abstract. +213 Abstract Points.]

Looking down at the chaos, his grin grew even sunnier.

"Kekeke…"

"Master, stop laughing. Your F-bao's battery is nearly drained. Also, you still lack housing—"

Before she could finish, the phone screen went black.

"…Right. Housing first, money second."

Pocketing the phone, he vanished.

Evening. Chiba City, Tokyo.

Outside a rental building, a young widowed landlady handed him a key.

"Your room's upstairs, far right, Room 201. Want me to show you?"

The way her eyes lingered on him sent shivers down Mo Yucheng's spine. He waved frantically.

"No need, I'll find it myself—thanks!"

Before she could reply, he bolted upstairs.

She sighed, disappointed, but let it go.

Room 201 was a modest Japanese-style single—like the one Umaru and her brother lived in.

Inside, he plugged in his phone and flopped onto the bed.

"Sure, those 'generous' punks funded me this time, but that's no long-term plan. I need a fast money-making method."

"Suggestion: seek assistance from your group members," F-bao's voice sounded again.

Mo Yucheng shot upright. "Right! They might actually help! Gold works in almost every world. I can exchange it here for cash."

Excited, he opened the chat group.

[Mo Yucheng: Help! Urgent!]

[Stelle: What now? Don't tell me you trolled the wrong person with your abstract powers and they're hunting you down?]

[Mo Yucheng: Hah! Who could hunt me? They'd all kneel!]

[Lumine: Then what's wrong?]

[Mo Yucheng: Who's got gold? I need some—fast.]

[Lumine: I have Mora, but that's not gold.]

[Rina: I've only got Dini.]

[Shinobu: I can get some, but it might take time. Not sure if you can wait.]

[Kiana: Don't look at me. Even my pocket money's managed by Mei.]

[Stelle: At this moment, the universally adored, flower-blooming, tire-popping superstar—Stelle—makes her entrance! Hands-on-hips.jpg]

[Mo Yucheng: Big Sis Stelle! Me hungry, food food!]
