Silently, he sat on a stool beside the bed like a puppet. The doctor instructed him to watch for any post-surgery complications. Shu Tong said to the nurse, "Does your hospital have caretakers? Can you find one for me?"
"Yes, I'll ask around when the shift starts,"the young nurse replied with a smile.

"The shift is about to start. There are caretakers in the next ward—you can ask them about their rates and requirements."
Shu Tong nodded. "Alright."
