"Madam," Wu Lian Jie said. He lowered his head and looked at the elderly woman with an apologetic look on his face. "I'm sorry. I was careless and did not notice you."
"It's alright. I'm fine now." The elderly woman said to Wu Lian Jie. "This is not your fault alone. I should have been careful as well." She turned to Ning Wei again.
Ning Wei smiled, noticing the elderly woman's gaze on her. Her brow rose inquiringly. "Madam, why are you looking at me?" Ning Wei used to have people looking at her, especially now that she was a celebrity. However, there was something strange about the way the elderly woman was watching her.
"Sorry. I just thought that you looked familiar," the elder woman said. She gave Ning Wei a look over and stopped to stare at Ning Wei's face. "I've seen you before." She hesitated briefly, as she was unsure if she had recognized the right person. "You were selling vegetables."
