Tina was completely taken aback by Fiona's words. Her lips trembled as she stammered, "No… it can't be. I... I followed your instructions, Dean Zhao!"
Fiona's sharp gaze lingered on Tina for a long moment. A faint trace of regret crossed her expression.
Back at the Luke family's old house, she had seen Tina's acupuncture skills and assumed she could handle this task. She hadn't expected such a disastrous mistake.
"You made an error from the very first needle," Fiona said sternly. "You didn't even manage the basic insertion correctly. Almost every needle afterward was misplaced. If you had placed just one more, Elder Luke would've died instantly!"
The entire room fell silent. Tina's face went deathly pale.
Panic flickered wildly in her eyes. How could this happen? How could this happen…?
Fiona quickly bent down to check Elder Luke's condition.
Thankfully, Anna had stopped Tina just in time, otherwise, the consequences would've been unimaginable.
