Chapter 237 - Chapter 237 Gathering of the Three Gods

Miyashiro pushed the door open grandly, wanting to see the true face of the guest Raiden Ei was personally entertaining. However, in the next moment, the composure on Miyashiro's face vanished, replaced by a look of utter shock.

This scene, naturally, also fell into the eyes of the Okuzume guards. What was going on? Even Regent Miyashiro looked as if he had seen a ghost. What was the background of those two guests?

Inside the Raiden Shogun's office, a square dining table was abruptly placed. Raiden Ei sat at the head of the table, and on either side of her sat a guest. The one on the left wore a dark brown outfit embroidered with golden dragon scales, his long hair tied back with a ribbon, casually falling behind his head. A golden earring hung from one of his ears, and he wore a jade thumb ring.

He possessed an extraordinary aura, appearing to be both wealthy and noble. Even though he was merely holding a teacup and leisurely sipping tea, he exuded a natural commanding presence.

The guest sitting on the right appeared more casual. Most noticeable were his emerald green robe and the white stockings covering his long legs. If Miyashiro hadn't known this person, he would have instinctively assumed he was a woman.

And this guest seemed to have had his fill of drinks; even though he was half-sprawled on the table, he hadn't let go of his wine cup, still mumbling about having 'one more drink, one more drink.'

Miyashiro: "Rex Lapis?! Tone-Deaf Bard?! Why are you in Inazuma?!"

Venti heard someone call his nickname, turned to look at the newcomer, and upon seeing Miyashiro, raised his wine cup towards him and greeted him.

"Ya-hoo! Long time no see... Huh? No, that's not right, it hasn't been that long, only three days. Oh, I'm so sad. Why do you call the old man 'Rex Lapis' but call me 'Tone-Deaf Bard'? I thought Paimon was the only one who used that nickname?"

As the Electro Archon of Inazuma, Raiden Ei had known of Miyashiro's arrival the moment he stepped onto Inazuma's territory. She nodded at him: "Miyashiro, you're back. Come, have a seat, there's still one spot left."

Ei pointed to the last seat at the dining table. Miyashiro walked over, looked at the chopsticks, bowl, and wine cup already prepared at the seat, paused for a moment, and then slowly sat down.

With Miyashiro taking his seat, this unusual gathering's prestige escalated even further. With the presence of four God-level combatants, three of whom were the Seven Archons, it was truly significant, second only to the inaugural Seven Archons gathering hosted by Lord Barbatos, the Anemo Archon.

Coincidentally, Zhongli, Venti, and Ei, these three Gods, had all participated in the inaugural Seven Archons gathering. As for the other original Seven Archons, they had all fallen, succeeded by new Gods.

Miyashiro respectfully took the last seat among the three Gods, his gaze occasionally shifting between them. In this scene, they all seemed lost in their own thoughts, not speaking a word. He wondered if they were reminiscing about the past or mourning lost friends. Seeing this, Miyashiro didn't want to disturb them and just waited silently.

After a while, the wine jar in Venti's hand was completely empty. Seeing that there was no more wine, Venti finally broke free from his fermented thoughts and shook the wine jar at Ei, saying, "Baal, no more wine!"

Hearing the term 'Baal' from Venti's mouth made Miyashiro's expression instantly twist. He tried his best to keep his lips from curving upwards, but in the end, he couldn't hold it in completely and let out a slight chuckle.

Because of Venti's shout and Miyashiro's accidental chuckle, Ei and Zhongli also snapped out of their thoughts. Ei, in particular, frowned at Miyashiro and then gave him a meaningful look.

Miyashiro understood. He reached out a hand into the space behind him. The moment his arm extended, a ripple of distorted spatial power emanated through the space. The next moment, a jar of fine wine appeared in Miyashiro's hand, which he handed to Venti.

Venti, with his usual familiarity, took the wine jar from Miyashiro's hand and said, "Thank you, little brother Miyashiro. As expected of the spatial power that transcends the seven elements. No matter how many times I see it, it always feels so magical."

Venti's words resonated deeply with Raiden Ei and Zhongli, who were beside him.

Miyashiro said somewhat nervously, "Senior Venti, you're too kind. My small bit of spatial power is just showing off in front of you all. I believe everyone here has the ability to shatter space.

Also, Senior Venti, you call our General 'Baal' and me 'little brother.' Isn't there a mistake in the seniority?"

Venti: "Hehe, it's just a matter of titles, no need to worry about it. Didn't you just call me 'Tone-Deaf Bard'?"

Well, well, I didn't realize Venti had a bit of a mischievous side. So, I called you 'Tone-Deaf Bard,' and you immediately got back at me? Paimon has called you that so many times, but I haven't seen you retaliate against her?

At this moment, Zhongli, who had been quietly sipping tea, finally put down his teacup and said, "My young friend Miyashiro, generally speaking, shattering space with brute force and casually manipulating spatial power are two different things and should not be confused."

Miyashiro: "Mr. Zhongli, your lesson is well-taken. However, I wonder if Mr. Zhongli and Senior Venti's simultaneous visit to Inazuma is for some important matter?"

Regarding Venti's arrival in Inazuma, Miyashiro's first reaction was surprise, but then he quickly became relieved. After all, you could find the Anemo Archon anywhere outside of Mondstadt; Venti's personality, besides drinking, was to go wherever there was excitement.

But regarding Zhongli's visit to Inazuma, Miyashiro was more puzzled than surprised. After all, in the history of Teyvat, Rex Lapis rarely seemed to leave Liyue.

Venti merely smiled at this and said, "After the Mondstadt defense battle, Master Diluc opened up all the fine wines stored in the Dawn Winery's cellar to me. Those wines were simply too delicious; I wasn't paying attention and drank them all.

After drinking all those fine wines, ordinary Mondstadt wine could no longer satisfy my palate. Although Diona's special concoctions at Cat's Tail Tavern could rival them, I'm allergic to cats, and besides, Miss Margaret, the owner of Cat's Tail Tavern, isn't as generous as Master Diluc, and I don't have enough Mora to drink myself silly.

There's nothing in Mondstadt that can keep me there for a short time. Of course, another reason is that the wind told me Inazuma would be very lively. So, I secretly hid in a box of Dandelion Wine and came to Inazuma with the Mondstadt Delegation's ship.

I didn't expect to run into the old man here, so I dragged him along to mooch off Baal."
